Words, words from the mouths of the crowd pinning you down like a boulder. Your heart melts from the fire inside, steaming up from out of you. The names stick inside your head pulling your confidence out like a fishing rod. You feel like your dreams are crushed, crushed from the hand you thought you once knew. A swarm of bees sting you from the inside out, their stingers are stuck in your flesh feeding on your pride.
As I walk down the busy jagged city streets I feel eyes piercing at me. The glances and stares secretly kill me inside, knowing I'm different hurts me viscously like a tsunami in my body, breathless and frightening. I see people whispering to one another and pointing, I pull my green chevron hoodie further down to cover my face and slip my worn out hands in to my jean pockets whilst I quickly and surely walk faster. I start to walk down my street it's the only street I can feel safer on, suddenly I get a text from my friend saying 'check your Facebook now!' I take a big calming breath and run to my small cozy house. Feeling calm and safe I slouch onto my couch and pull up my lavender computer, I have a sticker on my computer in bold black fuzzy writing saying 'LIZZY'S COMPUTER' I stroke the black velvet as I open the lid of the laptop. My figures struggle to type as words, thoughts and regret run through my head repetively. Staring at the screen wouldn't do anything so I finally gather enough courage to search it up 'you never know it could be a good thing!' I said. I stare at the web page in awe, my mouth starts to tremble, my body starts to jitter 'o-o-oh' I stutter close to immense tears. I had just seen a photo of me at university getting my grades from the professor you could see my skin condition from under my jacket, the person that took the photo said in the bio 'Beware of Lizzy Waters' contagious skin condition. The comments were awful, Katherine wrote :hahaha new it all along something's not right with this creep:, Jason wrote:XD thx now I know not to ask her out lol:, and more.
