Last time, Deroku managed to not only defeat the knight, but also befriend him. Then, the knight took Deroku to his home to honor his word on giving him a weapon. Now, Elecel was going through a chemical swamp, as he tried to endure the stank. "Sqquuueeee!!" A giant centipede attacked Elecel, and he screamed like a little girl. "Ew! Bugs! Filthy, disgusting creatures!!" Helisan was watching from above a tree and said, "As I expected from you, little brother. Pathetic." He flew away. Elecel slapped himself and said to himself, "My older brother is right, I have to conquer my fears no matter what." As Elecel clenched his fists, he climbed the giant centipede and punched it in the eye. "Ha! Looks like I conquered my fear after all!" That's when a giant fire ant spat fireballs out of nowhere. "Helisano Falcon Wave!" Elecel clapped his hands super hard as a shockwave appeared, and a greenish-whitish falcon flies down to the giant fire ant's antennae. As the ant's antennae was chopped off, it exploded. "Look at me. I should be ashamed of myself being afraid of bugs. Well... at least they're no more bugs." "Oooorgghh!!!" A deep moan echoed throughout the swamp. "Wh... what the hell was that?! Uh... hello?" "Oooorgghh!!" A giant ghost popped out of nowhere and sharpened its claws. "I'm going to steal your soul, little boy! Aaauuurrrgghhhh!!!" Elecel ran and screamed like a little girl. "Bllaaagghh!! Stop! I just want to steal your soul and bathe in your organs!" Elecel's heart was beating fast, his hands were shaking, and his muscles grew bigger. "Grr, you want my soul?! Come and get it," said Elecel. Elecel posed his finger as if it's a gun, and charged up an energy beam made of wind. "Wind of Helisano: Air Bullets x2!!" Elecel released it and blasted the ghost to dust. As Elecel took a deep breath, he was finally relieved that there were no more surprises. Meanwhile, Lamera frolicked through a field of flowers with rainbows, butterflies, unicorns, and bunny rabbits. "Ooh, this isn't so bad. I'm kinda glad I took this route to the goal, although, something doesn't feel right." A blackish-whitish dragon appeared and breathed fire all over the flower field. Lamera cried. A fairy appeared and asked her for aid against the dragon. Lamera said, "Sure. As long as the forest animals get their homes back." So as Lamera prepares for battle with the ferocious dragon, Deroku is a few moments away from the goal. But another obstacle is waiting for him. Meanwhile, Kogura takes the path in the creepy side of the forest. "Ah, skulls of vultures, wolves and ghouls, this is more like..." But then Kogura has a flashback of her past as a kid when her father taught her how to use her powers. "Ugh, get it together, Kogura... you're just imagining things," she says to herself. A spooky, old skeleton with a black cloak and a scythe appeared and said, "I know what you seek, Kogura. And to pass further, you must defeat me." Kogura laughs and replies, "Please. This'll be a piece of cake, or even easier." So the skeleton powers up with black, purple and green aura surrounding him, growing muscles as the dead, lost spirits of Hell were fueling him. "So, Kogura... do you have what it takes to defeat me?!!?" As Kogura and the skeleton prepared to battle each other, Hirachino was climbing a mountain full of booby traps. Can our heroes make it to Master Bullegon safely? Stay tuned for the next chapter :p
