Chapter 9: Ichigura vs. Pyroshark

Last time, Elecel, Lamera, and Maria made it back to Master Bullegon in one piece. But what of the others? Now, during the fight with Ichigura and Pyroshark, Ichigura got confident and stated to him, "Well, well, it seems you've gotten stronger since I was a little boy. Back then, you joined forces with Shakerotsu, the two of you used to torment our race for your amusement. But now, I have a little secret: do you know the legend of the legendary Super Dragonist?" Pyroshark's eyes grew bigger as he heard his words. As he chuckled, Pyroshark said, "It seems that you have caught my interest. But... I don't believe in bullshit." Ichigura had a pissed look and said, "Hmph! Well then... allow me to show you the realest legend!" As Ichigura sharply powered up, he became temporarily stronger than Derek and Helisan, while Ichigura's hair turned spiky, half black and half purple, his muscles grew 3x stronger than usual. "Behold, the legendary Super Dragonist... or in simple terms: the Grim reaper of your death," said Ichigura with a smirk. As Pyroshark went full force on Ichigura, Ichigura was just dodging his attacks as if it were mere child's play. "Come on, Pyroshark, I know you can do a lot better than this. Here, allow me to end your existence. Shadow Saber Slice!!" As Ichigura sharply powered up, his hand glistened in black and purple, turning itself into a sword, and Ichigura rushed up and sliced him, bursted him in the air, and punched Pyroshark down to the ground. Meanwhile, back at the Uplix Fighters, as Kogura made it to the others, she was the fourth fighter to reach Master Bullegon, but what of Deroku and Hirachino? As Hirachino cracks his knuckles, he tossed the Mole King to the mole minions and states, "If you ever hurt me or this little girl again, I'll do 4x worse than what I just did to the Mole King. Now, scram!!!" The mole minions ran off and never returned. The little mole girl's father came out of the dungeon all bruised up and saw his little girl. "Ah!! My little darling, are you ok? Daddy thought that you were also captured by those rapscallions!" The little mole girl said, "No, Hirachino saved me and came to rescue you. He's the strongest man in my world." Hirachino chuckled and said, "All in a day's work. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to find the exit." The father pointed up and said, "That light up there is one of the shortcuts out of this place. Wherever is your next destination, my daughter and I wish you good luck." So as Hirachino rushed out the shining hole above the next minute later, he quickly turns into a bear out of nowhere and rushes through the forest that Deroku was just in. Back at Deroku, the tiger that befriended him brought him to his clan. "Who is this human that you have brought to our domain? Speak up," said the tiger leader. "My name is Deroku, and I'm not a human. I'm a Dragonist, I just have human-like features." The tiger leader hopped up off of his rock and crawled around Deroku, sniffing him to make sure he's not dangerous. "Hmm... I sense no danger in you. Welcome to our home, where we live as you can see here. By the way, what brings you here?" Deroku looks puzzled and said, "Beats the heck out of me. Ask the tiger that brought me here. Heheheheheheheheehe!" The tiger said, "The reason why I brought Deroku here is because he may be the one to defeat Pyroshark." Deroku just caught a spark in his head and yelled, "Dammit! I forgot all about Pyroshark!! That bastard caused too much destruction and he's gonna pay!" "Fear not, young Dragonist, for as you can see in our crystal ball, or as we call it our TV, another of your kind is fighting against Pyroshark right now." As Deroku witnessed Ichigura's new transformation, he said in awe, "Whoa... I wish I can transform like that." The tiger replied, "And you can, once you've completed your training with Master Bullegon". Back at the fight, Pyroshark exclaimed, "How...? How did you get this strong?!!?" Ichigura stated, "By the power of rage and revenge, you see, I've discovered the truth about our race, and it turns out that YOU were the one who destroyed everyone!!" Pyroshark laughs and says, "Yes, it is true, but can you actually defeat me? For you see, I also have a transformation!" Ichigura states, "Well then, let's see this so-called transformation". So as Pyroshark transforms, he grows spikes out of his arms and legs, his muscles get bigger as if he's on steroids, and as Deroku is watching the fight, he says, "Wow, Ichigura is pretty strong... oh crap!! I forgot about the goal!!" The tiger said, "Hop on my back and I'll take you there." As Deroku hopped on the tiger's back, he rushed up out of the forest, saw Hirachino, and offered him a ride. Hirachino asked Deroku, "How the hell did you find a tiger?!" Deroku replied, "Long story, let's just make it to the goal." Minutes later, as they spotted Kogura and the other Uplix Fighters, they both finally reached the goal. But what lies in their next part of training? Find out in the next chapter...
