Well... He's loud and stuff... but he's trying his best to keep everyone into the subject and trying to make up ideas, but all of them just turn out as silly and impossible ideas. Plus... *sighs* ... no-one can hear you when you're stuffing burgers and slurping soda, America (- _ - ;) *blushes a bit* W-Why are you looking at me like t-that! N-Not that I like him or a-anything! *crosses her arms while blushing a deeper red*

Always fighting with France... and always brings his ((deathly)) scones in meetings and expects everyone to eat it. *sighs* That's why they had to censor the scones in both anime and fanart... because it is too ((ugly)) and ((disgusting)).

So... lets say... pervy... *sighs* again... always fighting with England, and never pays attention to ((most likely America)) and the meeting, but instead talks and flirts to ladies.

Well... I guess he's the only one sane in the meetings... unless you give him a cute toy (- _ - ;) he always goes crazy whenever he sees something cute. But that's the cute side of him ^ ^
