After the war

Hermione's POV

He's dead. He's finally dead. We're all free, finally. After Harry threw the elder wand off the bridge a light bulb lit in my head. "Accio wand!" i said. The wand came flying to my hand. "Intaraurarent omino" i cast repairing the broken wand "What was that for 'Mione? And how did you do that?" asked Harry. "Follow me" i said. I ran back to the grounds not caring if the boys were behind me, all i cared about was saving a hero. "Mione! Wait up!" I heard Ron yell. But i ignored him, i kept on running. Good thing i've done a lot of cardio. When i reached the shrieking shack i saw him where we left him. Blood everywhere. His eyes, i don't know if i'm just imagining things or i just saw a flicker of life. 'Here goes nothing.' i thought to myself. I approached him, pushed his hair behind his ear then sat beside him. I took out my wand and cast a charm around the room to keep intruders and outside noise out. I laid my wand on his neck where Nagini bit him and started chanting spells i made a few months ago before the war started. " Revertetur Sanguis Effundetur, Revertetur Sanguis Effundetur, Revertetur Sanguis Effundetur, Revertetur Sanguis Effundetur, Revertetur Sanguis Effundetur" the blood slowly returned to the gash on his neck. I'm already bathed in my sweat. That spell took a lot of energy and the humidity of the room didn't help. I reached into my bag with an undetectable extension charm and pulled out another bag that had all my potions. I rummaged through it and found the potions i need. I drank a strengthening potion and felt myself re-energized. I looked back at him and saw that his blood has already returned to his neck. I pointed my wand on his neck again and started chanting, "signavit vulnus, signavit vulnus, signavit vulnus, signavit vulnus" i wiped sweat off my forehead. His wound was worse than i thought. The snake's venom was strong. I watched his wound seal up slowly. 'Two down, one more to go' I can sense the boys outside the shack trying to tear down the shield i put up. I drank another strengthening potion and took the last potion and uncorked it. It's a very complicated potion to make, i only had one with me. Felix Felicis. I snatched the recipe off the half blood prince's book before Harry hid it. 'I hope this works. Bottoms up' i look back at him and whisper in his ear, "Come back to me Severus." I stood up and took the elder wand out of my pocket. I pointed it at his heart and started chanting a spell i made in case of an emergency. "Adeo ut credibile! Sana quod est saucium! Fatis mutare consilium! Nisi quod perierat! Revenite!" i felt the wind getting stronger, the temperature getting warmer. Severus started glowing a bright blue light . His chest glowed a bright green, getting darker by the second. i felt myself getting hotter, i noticed my chest glowing green along with his. My arm was going numb but i had to keep the connection. I felt the wand vibrating from too much magic. I'm already feeling weak but i knew i had to keep the connection. I don't know how much time passed, it's already dark outside. The light around us started dimming, my body was covered in sweat. The process was finally complete, the only question is if it worked.
