Annie's POV
I grab Hayley's hand and walk to our car crashed and abandoned with no conscious person at it but me and Hayley. I see no other cars by ours and were on a long dirt road with fields on either side of it. I see something move in the car. I tell Hayley to stay here.
I walk closer and closer to the car. I look inside it and see mom and no one else. I hear a noise to my left and across the road. I hear Brennan shout "Annie!" I run to him and jump in to a hug and he says "I thought I lost you!" I hug him tighter than I ever have before. I say "what happened?"
He tells me that mom took a wrong turn and the car broke down and she tried to break but we flipped and I was asleep and so was Hayley. I hug him. I say "don't ever scare me like that again I thought I lost you."
