This was something I got bored and came up with last year in class.

I even started a second chappie but said fuck it and just kinda stopped there.

It is a little bit of a plot line between one of my charas and a friends.

This isn't edited, be warned.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Daniel stood in the great hall of his home looking at his younger brother Damian. Despite being twins, the two looked very different. Daniel was exceptionally tall, reaching a staggering 6'4" opposed to Damian's 6'. Daniel had brown, medium length hair that was straight yet somehow fluffy, the locks delicately decorating his face with small wispy shadows. Damian's was similar in length, but his was black as night, a single white stream running through it. Daniel had soft hazel eyes, the orbs seeming void of any emotion other than calm, but even that seemed a bit nonexistent at times. Damian's eyes were discolored. One eye was a deep, but bright, red, and the other a royal purple. The depth and contrast of the orbs was very strong, especially with his paler skin and midnight hair. Daniel skin held a light tan, not exactly from the sun, but a tan as if it were there from birth. They both had clear, smooth, and soft skin, but Daniel had a touch of hazel brown stubble adorning his chin, often times causing him to scratch at his the little patch when it got irritated by some force rubbing against it.

The two boys stared at each other, a silent conversation passing between them. Daniel stayed silent, as usual, leaning into the back of his chair. Damian watched him, his shining armor flickering in the candle light. His mouth opened, and his deep voice spoke unpleasant words. "He knew we were coming. By the time we got there, he had slaughtered the slaves he owned." He said, looking towards his brother, trying to head his emotionless face. "But we found one survivor. He is in the infirmary currently." He spoke, watching his brothers eyes flash with some emotion unknown to Damian.

Daniel thought to himself before finally speaking, letting a small hum leave his lips right in the silence, "Give them all a proper burial... and have a room made for the survivor. He will stay here." He ordered, knowing that Damian would see to it. Daniel had to take care of this survivor, and he would do it in Dorѐan's honor. He would go to see the freed slave soon enough, but he first had to take care of some small details... and of course have his mother approve of the males staying at the castle. Daniel may have been a prince, but he wasn't a king. Not even when the king lived could anyone oppose his mother. She was beautiful, yet terrifying.

Daniel walked down the north wing, going towards his mother's chambers. The castle was huge, made up of wings, large rooms, and halls. The North and East Wings are greeted by mountains in the distance. His mother lived in the North Wing, facing the mountain side, the fully majesty of the rocky structures decorating the land. Daniel was located in the East wing, a large lake below his balcony, so when the sun rose it made the lake glisten when the sun's says poked from over the smaller mountainous peak. Darren lived in the South Wing, overlooking the Kingdom below. Damian of course, was in the West Wing, the area covered in a vast forest.

Other than the wings, the center of their home was filled with other ends and such. It held the great feasting hall, the ballrooms, meeting rooms, and other towers that were used for royal purposes. It was overall a beautiful and vast structure. They had built it themselves to fit their needs perfectly. But the feature that was the most prominent was the Courtyard. The courtyard was filled with plants and trees... the trees being the most important part. They were huge, almost towering as tall as the towers. There were 7 of them, and each was so wide that you would need at least thirty people to link hands to get around it. They were smack dab in the middle of it all, they center piece of the kingdom. They were a part of the Eldrin's customs. They only lived in a castle because it was expected. When it was holiday or tragedy, they found themselves cooped up in the wooden homes. They were not only for the royal family, but they dedicated a few of the precious trees to the needy, housing the orphans who couldn't provide for themselves.
