Chapter 9 - The Performance

(Myungsoo's POV)
The girls were sleeping in their rooms while Yoseob-hyung and I were cleaning the house from the destruction a hurricane did, "How do you think he knew that this would happen?" Yoseob-hyung asked

"I don't know...It doesn't surprise me though...You do know that when Jungkook expects something it happens..." I answered and lightly shook my head

"We're fools for thinking that it was just his imagination" He said heading towards the bathroom to get some bandages and medicines for the girls, he started with Ruby then went to Norhan while I was still cleaning. Yoseob-hyung was about the call Jungkook until we heard the bell ring, I hurriedly opened the door and saw Jungkook carrying Elaf and she looked even worse than Norhan and Ruby.

He put her on the bed carefully then took some bandages and medicines for her, he treated her wounds and when he was about to leave Elaf caught his hand, he turned to face her and saw her crying "Don't leave me" She said her voice cracking.

"I won't" He answered and laid down beside her. I went and closed their door, Yoseob-hyung told me to go to my room and sleep, I nodded and went to my room then laid beside Norhan and lightly brought her to my chest and hugged her

"I won't let anyone hurt you..." I whispered then went to sleep

*On the performance day*

This is the most nerve wracking day of my life, I couldn't stop shaking I mean it's my FIRST performance with Norhan and I'm MORE than looking forward to go up on stage, on the other hand Yoseob-hyung and Ruby were calm and reserved, all four of us eyed them trying to know how are they like that, I mean it's almost IMPOSSIBLE for any artist to be like them before heading to the stage, Ruby looked at us and smiled then went to practice her vocals Yoseob-hyung asked us "Why are you looking at us that way?"

"How do you do that?" Norhan asked looking fascinated

"Do what?" He asked back raising an eyebrow

"How can you be so reserved in such time?" Elaf said

"Because we're leaders we must be calm when the others are nervous to ease their nerves" He answered her question while fixing his shoes, we all slowly nodded.

After 10 minutes we headed towards the stage (we were the third contestants) we introduced ourselves then started to perform. Our theme was sexy and seductive, we sang Nasty Nasty's ◇Knock◇

After the show all the contestants went on the stage for the results, all six of us were holding hands so tight praying god to win

"So I will announce the top 3 winners.........No. 3 is.........Hyun Jin Highschool." She started and they went to stage

"...No. 2.........Sun Kyung Highschool..."

The second I heard our school name I felt happiness well in me, all six of us jumped from happiness and I honestly didn't hear who won first and I honestly I didn't care as long as we won, that what I was thinking about the whole time. They handed us the trophy for the second place and headed down the stage.

(Norhan's POV)
We were celebrating in the club (with fake IDs) and it was all on Yoseob-oppa so I had to order a really expensive drink (even though it's my first), Myungsoo-oppa excused himself to the bathroom and Yoseob-oppa followed him, I glanced to my right and saw Victoria following Yoseob to the bathroom, 'I wonder what is she doing here? Is she following Yoseob-oppa by any chance?' I thought, then Myungsoo-oppa returned back.

"Where is Yoseob?" Ruby asked Myungsoo-oppa

"He's in the bathroom" He answered looking nervous not facing her then she stood up and went to the bathroom when I held her hand she looked at me, I didn't know what's happening but I'm 100% sure that Victoria is involved and I wasn't sure that she would like to see her. She removed my hand, smiled and went to the bathroom.

(Ruby's POV)
I felt anxiety and worry so I just headed to the bathroom to check on Yoseob, when I arrived I saw Yoseob KISSING that girl called Victoria, I literally was rooted to the ground all I could see was Yoseob kissing her, my eyes were glued at them and my vision was starting to blur and get filled with unshed tears. When they parted away from each other Yoseob looked my direction, eyes widening in shock

"Ruby..." He started heading towards me while I slowly backed away then ran leaving the club, I could hear Yoseob calling me, all over again and the more I hear him calling me the more my heart pained, I felt like someone was stabbing my heart over and over again and it hurts even more when I figured that I was blinded by love that I forgot that he's Yang Yoseob the guy that every girl wants.
