~Elektra's POV~

As I pull in the driveway, I see an un-recognizable car. Wonder who it could be. I turn my bike off, the fox still in my jacket, and go inside. Jack and some dude is sitting on the sofa, looking at me in surprise. "Who are you?" I asked the man, he's pretty buff, white shirt and black jeans. Ah, but he looks familiar.

"He's your guardian, Jackson Floyd." Says Jack. "He was friends with your Dad, like brothers, and we looked

more into the documents your Dad had. We found that Jackson is your legal guardian, if anything were to happen to your parents."

Okay that got me to relax some. "Does he know?" I asked Jack, he just shrugged. "Yeah, I know you're a werewolf sweetheart." Jackson stated. I nod to let him know I heard him. I don't see why to didn't sense it before, but he's one to. Ah, I feel stupid.

Jack cocks his head to the side. "What you got there?" Asked Jack. I ignore him, still trying to figure out where I've met this Jackson Floyd from. Wait, Floyd? No way, he's Beta Floyd from the Shadow Moon Pack, in California. Doesn't he have like at least 9 sons?

"Beta Floyd?" I said, but it came out as a question.

"Yes." Jackson says.

"How many sons do you have exactly?" I asked, calmer then usually, like it was an everyday conversation.

"Six?" He answered as if not sure that was the right answer, or just unsure why I asked. That made me feel a little better.

"So when will we be leaving?"

"Tomorrow morning." Jackson then looks at my jacket. "What's that?" He asked, pointing to it.

"A fox." I answer, taking him the rest of the way out of my jacket.

"And you're going to keep it?" I nod my head to answer his question.

"Told you, she's a weird girl." Says Jack, causing me and the fox to growl.

I look down at the fox in surprise. Well, I think I might name him Blackfire. Yep, that's it. Well considering his fur is black, and he just growled at Jack, and his eyes have a fire color to them as he looks at Jack.

Uh-oh, he just pissed off a fox. Not good. As I thought that, Blackfire jumped out of my arms. And I noticed he was getting bigger. No he can't show them that, not now.

"Blackfire, he's not a threat.." I said calmly, wondering if they caught on or not. Blackfire seemed to get what I was saying. He stopped and jumped back into my arms.

I looked up at Jack and Jackson. Relief took over me as I saw their confused faces, they don't know. Thank you.

"So I'm going to go pack, clean Blackfire, then go to bed. See y'all in the morning." I said, turning to leave.

"We leave at 6 in the morning. Be up by then." Jackson asked or more like told.

"Yeah, don't tell me what to do." After saying that, I left and did the things I said of. Now I'm laying on my bed with Blackfire on my stomach. My eyes slowly slid shut and I let the darkness take over.
