~Elektra's POV~
"Get up." Whispers a familiar voice in my ear.
"Why?" I mumble in response.
"We have to go to school, and something came for you today." James says.
At the mention of something coming for me today, I shoot up out of bed and to the door. Opening the door, I see my baby. Oh, thank god. I mentally do a happy dance.
"Yes!" I shout in happiness, but cover my mouth over quickly. I just showed happiness. Ah shit.
"Did you just show happiness, because of a bike?" James asks, confusion written all over his face.
"No, you're imagining things." I say, going into my walk-in closet, I put on a red top with dance written in black paint like letters. Black jeans, red and black chain, sunglasses and my red Ed Hardy shoes. Making sure I have my ring and necklace on, I walk out into my room. I sit down and sit on my hair.
"Son of a bitch!" I yell, standing up quickly. I cover my mouth quickly, remembering Kendall is in the room.
"Did you just sit on your hair?" James asks, amusement written all over his face.
"Yeah." He chuckles. Ignoring him, I grab my brush and start brushing my hair. I grew it out over the past, say 3 years. It use to be at the mid of my back, now it's a little past my butt.
"Is your dad going to be able to watch Kendall while I'm at school?" James' dad kicked his mom out after learning of her abuse to Kendall.
"Yeah." He responses, looking at his little brother. "I just can't believe she would do that, and you getting him to talk, that's just crazy." I look over at my friend in disbelief, my friend has a soft spot for Kendall. He has a heart.
When I first met him, he seemed heartless, like he didn't even know the meaning of kindness. All he would wear was black, even now he wears it, his personality not so bright either.
"Does someone have a heart?" I tease.
"That's what I was thinking when you told him you'd be his mom." He teases back.
"Well c'mon, before we're late." I say, grabbing my keys. "Jackson, I'm off. He's still asleep, he'll wake up in about an hour. Have fun!" I yelled up the stairs, heading out the door with Blackfire and James behind me.
We pull up to school, Blackfire trailing behind us, and park. Two familiar senses hit my nose, Kaitlyn and Amber. I turn and see my two best friends staring at me.
Kaitlyn, a little shorter than me, black hair that flows a little past her shoulders. Dark skin and unusual green eyes. Then Amber, she comes to about my chin, maybe a little taller. blonde/brown hair that flows to her shoulders. Almost pale skin and amber eyes. Ironic, right?
"Miss me?" I ask, taking my helmet off. They squeal and tackle me to the ground. These two and James are probably the only people that can get away with hugging me, well Kendall too of course.
"I thought you weren't getting out 'til next month." They both say at once.
"Nope, got out early on probation." I respond, kicking them off of me playfully.
"And your birthday." Kaitlyn says.
"You're going to that masquerade ball Saturday." Amber demands.
"No, don't make me go." I whine.
"It's not everyday you turn 18." Says Kaitlyn. Of course she says that, she's about to turn 18 in 2 months. Then Amber next month. We're all a month apart, even James, his was last month. To bad I had to miss it.
