Chapter 12

"Deucalion doesnt just want an Alpha pack. He wants perfection. That means adding the rarest of Alpha's to his rank."

"A True Alpha..."

"What's that? "

"The kind that doesnt have to steal his power from another. One that can rise by his own force of will. Our little Scott."

Lilah was passed off to the women named Kali. They were walking down the hallways, looking for the ambulances.

"It doesnt matter. We still need to get her out of here."

"Scott, you mom..."

"My mom said that there is one more ambulance coming in 20 minutes. And i dont think we've been here that long, so if we can get down to the garage, get to the last ambulance, we can get out of here."

"What about the twins? What about my duaghter?!"

"We will get her. We need to distract them."

"You mean fight them."

"If i have to."

"Come on, hurry up!" Kali snapped. "We need to find Julia."

"Julia Baccari." Lilah whispered, smiling when Kali turned to her. "An emissary. My mommy knew her and your pack. I knew alot of people before everything crashed and burned." Lilah's eyes were purple and one look into Kali's eyes were all she needed. She could see the Alpha's every memory. She watched how the Alpha killed her own pack, her own family. 

"Just for power." Lilah muttered as she pulled away. (A/N: I used Harry Potters Legilimens: Power to see into the others minds/memorys...) Kali glared at the little brat and carried on her way. Finally she found the garage and the scent of Julia and Derek.

"Julia," Kali taunted. "It is you." Derek and Jennifer both saw her. Derek narrowed his eyes as Lilah waved at him. Kali pushed her infront of herself and smirked.

"Give me Delilah." Derek growled.

"Go on little one. Go to daddy." Kali gave Delilah a shove. The girl stumbled and turned to the older women.

"You wont die a peaceful death if you keep this up." Lilah whispered. Kali scoffed as she ran into Derek's arms.

"You cant beat her on your own." Jennifer whispered at Derek.

"That's why we're going to run." They took off toward the elevator and went to a high level only for the power to be cut off.

"If your thinking of severing the hatch, they bolt from the outside. You'd have to break it. All you'd end up doing is create alot of noise, telling them were we are."

"Kali already knows." Derek grumbled. Lilah shook her head softly.

"Daddy, she didnt see where we went, only that we got on."

Derek was beginning to grow more and more worried over Lilah. He eyes havent shifted to their normal color yet. The brilliant purple is concerning him. Why hasn't she come back to normal? Lilah was looking around the room, she was seeing everything. Scott went with Deucalion, Kali let Julia live...or maybe she just kept walking. She could feel the chilling rush of water onto her arms as she thought of the sacrifices. The same place Scott will challenge the nogitsune. But maybe that is another story for another time.
