The bus ride (Jack barakat)

Chapter nine: The days i'm gonna miss

It's been a few days since I met the girlfriends, Cassadee and Lisa. They were really nice and I had a blast. It's also been a few days since I woke up the morning after in jacks arms on the couch. I couldn't help, but smile at the memory. 

I woke up with a set of arms wrapped about my waist I then looked over and smile at the picture next to me. Jack was all sleepy and cute with little snores coming from his mouth and is hair was flat and over his eyes. I slowly pealed myself away from him and got up to go to his kitchen to see if I could make anything for food. I ended up putting a kettle on the stove top and making tea with eggs and bacon. It was about half and hour later that Jack then woke up walking into the kitchen to see me standing there dancing along to some Green Day song I had playing quietly, trying not to wake Jack. I put the bacon and eggs on two plates and smiled at Jack as he grabbed both and walked out to his dinning room table I then grabbed forks and the tea I made, and followed him.

"You know you didn't have to make this." He said looking up at me.

"Yeah, but I wanted too. Plus I had nothing better to do since your lazy ass was still asleep." I chuckled

"It's not even that late. I would have taken you to breakfast too."

"Yeah but I didn't want to bother you for that. So I made it instead."

"You could never bother me, lace." He smiled and I could feel my face go red

"Right so let's eat and then I can take you home, yeah?" He asked taking a bite of his eggs

"Yeah." I Smiled and then began to eat.

I pushed the memory away and started to get ready for class. Only one week left!! I am so ready. I'm also so nervous because after I graduate I'm on the road with All Time Low. Everything's just happening so fast.

"Lacey!" Lexie yelled "hurry and get up or you'll be late!!"

"Ok ok." I said getting up. I was about to put on clothes, but I decided against it I'll just go to school in my pajamas. It's not like it's the first time I've done it. I grabbed and Apple said goodbye to Lexie and headed down to the bus. I waited until it came and then got on.

"Good morning Henry." I smiled sweetly

"Good morning, darling. I like you're outfit." He chuckled smiling

"Yeah I put a lot of effort into it." I said and then walked to the back. After a while later Joe walked in and sat by me.

"Hey little lady."

"Hi joe."

"I haven't seen you in a while. What's been going on are you okay?" He asked concerned

"Actually. Everything's great. There's been a lot of stuff."
"Oh. Tell me about it girl."

"You know Joe for a Middle Aged, married, police man you act a lot like a teenage girl." I joked

"Yeah, yeah shut up. No, but tell me."

"Right well...I'm graduating in like a week as you know-" and he nodded smiling "right and I also got a new job as a tour photographer for the band All Time Low." I smiled
