"Lacey, lacey, bo bacey, fe fi fo facey, Lacey!" I heard coming from the entrance of the bus, and the smile on my face grew a thousand times more from just hearing the voice to seeing him standing right in front of me. Who is he? Just some ugly string bean whom I've missed terribly. Jack. Why have I missed Jack? Well I honestly don't know. I saw him just last night when we went to sleep.

"Hey jacko" I smiled getting out of the bunk and greeting him

"Oh Lace you look terrible." He grimaced

"Oh gee thanks." I scoffed

"Hey it's just the truth slut." He laughed pushing my shoulder as he walked past. Did he really just call me a slut?? How am I a slut!

"JACK WHAT THE FUCK!" I yelled toward him, but i couldn't get his attention. Suddenly everything started spinning. I could hear people laughing and taunting me. "What a freak". "haha she actually thinks people would like her". "She's so stupid". "Even her parents hate her."

I could here all the things people were calling me. Everything I've been through before all the memories started flooding back, everything I've tried to forget and get over were all gaining on me and I can't run fast enough. I just want to scream and cry. That's all I want to do and forget!

"Wake up, wake up!" Was next to be yelled at me, followed by being violently shaken. "Lacey, baby wake up!" Was yelled slightly louder causing me to open my eyes and groan.

"Ew what?" I mumbled turning on my left side not opening my wet eyes. I didn't have to open me eyes to know it was Jack who woke me. we were in the same bed for fucks sake.

"What's wrong?" He mumbled throwing his arm around my waist as he pulled me closer. I didn't answer. I couldn't answer. I was afraid to. "Lacey come on baby, tell me what's wrong?" He asked in a low raspy tone giving away that he was still exhausted.

"What time is it?" Was all I responded with

"About 5:16 in the morning." He sighed tightening his grasp around my waist

"I'm sorry Jack." I mumbled into his chest

"Sorry for what lace?" He whispered into my neck

"That I woke you up." I shook my head lightly laughing to myself. Hell it's 5 in the morning and I can't even sleep right. I'm such a disease.

"No. It's fine. I'd rather talk to you than sleep."

"Haha yeah sure. Let's just try and get back to sleep." I groaned turning away from Jack. He didn't say anything back, just sighed deeply.

I don't mean to be an asshole to people. Especially when they're as great as Jack. I just don't deserve him. Ugh I just want to sleep!

"I'm telling you Alex. Something is up with lace."

"Like what?"

"I-I well I don't know exactly." I heard Jack sigh. He probably doesn't know I'm awake. Actually I'm sure he doesn't. I only just woke up ten minutes ago and spent all that time in the bathroom.

"You're probably just paranoid." Alex replied

"Nah, man. Like last night. She was sleeping real bad and stuff."

"How do you mean?"

"Like she was kicking and moving around. But not like she usually does. No last night it was more frantic. She was crying too, and talking in her sleep like usual. Except she didn't have that same little smile on her face. It was a frown."

I looked past the door only a little to see them. Both looked so tired. Alex's hair was a mess as usual, but he looked well rested. Jack on the other hand Had bags under his eyes and a worried look in his eyes as he rubbed the side of his head.
