I know I said it was poems and stuff but I've decided to change it to anything to do with depression anxiety and self harm so if any of you guys out there that read this is you need help message me and ill try my best to help!

My depression has come back worse then ever and it's really hard to do anything right now but just know thinks will get better and I'm here for yy'all
