"Ariel, it's time to wake up." My maid shook me awake.

"Just five more minutes." I groaned, pulling a soft, white pillow over my head.

I heard my maids chuckle lightly at me.

"You said that 25 minutes ago." Carrie sighed before stripping me of my soft duvet.

Goosebumps covered my arms and legs as I lost my warm blanket and was met with the cool morning breeze coming from my open balcony doors.

"Why are the doors open?" I asked curiously. At this time of year they never got opened till noon.

"It's a beautiful day. " Anna said.

I sadly slid out of bed and started to get ready for the relaxing day. After a quick bath and spreading makeup onto my face, I was ready to choose what to wear. Even after all this time, deciding on clothes is still so hard with all of the choices. In a rush I chose a simple lilac day dress with lace and some heels.

"You look darling today." Carrie stated as she fixed my dress a little.

"It's all because of you. All of you. Thank you guys so much." I smiled at my maids who had become more like best friends to me.

"Please, it has been our pleasure." Bella said as she tidied up my room. "Now you are to go to the garden."

"The garden? What about breakfast?"

"You are to go to the garden." She said again.

I sighed giving up on trying to get information from them and walked out of my room. The halls were empty except for the occasional maid or guard. I took the time to glance around the palace. I had gotten so used to it, it was like my home. It was my home. A small smile spread onto my face as I thought about spending the rest of my life there.

"Ariel?"

I turned my head to the voice that rang out through the garden.

"Oliver." I smiled as his name left my lips. I quickly walked over and hugged the love of my life.

"I took the day off and I'm spending it all with you." He smiled lovingly at me.

"That's amazing. What are we going to do?"

"Anything you want to do."

"Oliver! Don't you dare!"

My voice echoed through the room, as I tried to swim as far away from Oliver as I could.

"Ariel, come back. I promise not to do it."

I stopped swimming and cautiously turned around. I eyed my fiancé and slowly made my way back to him.

When I reached him I grabbed his hand and smiled, "you're a dork."

"Wow, love you too." He laughed sarcastically.

I smiled and kissed his nose.

We stood there smiling at each other for at least 10 minutes when a loud bang echoed into the big room.

"Ariel, go to the back corner, behind the counter." Oliver ordered as we got out of the pool. "Now!"

I stumbled towards the corner, "Oliver, where are you going?"

"To see what that was."
