*Brielle's POV**

Niall and I have been texting for a few months now. His Take Me Home Tour is over, he told me that he is going to be in America for his break off. He didn't tell me what part of America he was going to be in, but I wasn't going to ask because I didn't want to be nosey ,and plus I didn't want to sound like a total creep.

I woke up to my little Chihuahua Prince licking my face, usually when he wakes me up by licking my face that means he wants to go for a walk . I giggled at him and I got up and put on a hoodie and jogging pants and my pink sperrys. I grabbed my house key and my phone, and put it in my pocket, and then I put the leash on Prince and walked out the front door and shut the door behind me. Then the cold morning air hit me sending chills up my spine, good thing I wore a hoodie. I walked towards the road I decided this morning I would take Prince to the park.

We walked 2 blocks to get to the park. When we got there Prince got really excited because he knew where he was. He loved the park, because of the wide open space so he can run and play and he gets to meet other dogs. At mine and Courtney's house he didn't have another dog to play with all he had was Courtney's black and white cat Chester, all that cat did was hiss at him. I swear that's all that cat did was eat, sleep, and hiss. It has hissed at me a few times and I hissed back, but that cat loves Courtney though, he follows her everywhere she goes.

I let Prince run for a little bit, then I turned my head to my phone ,because it buzzed, and when I raised my head I lost sight of Prince, I didn't see him anywhere. "PRINCE!" I called out hoping my puppy would come running to me. I was frantically looking through the bushes and around the benches. He wasn't there, I was almost in tears. Then someone tapped my shoulder. "Excuse me miss but is this your dog?" A Boy about my age said holding up Prince who was covered in dirt, he probably was digging holes somewhere in a bush. "Oh my goodness yes he is thank you so much!" I say grabbing my little dog from this stranger who just saved me from almost having a panic attack. This stranger wasn't ugly thank goodness. He had brown hair and electric blue eyes. "No problem, I'm Josh by the way." He said with a smile. " It's nice to meet you Josh, my name is Brielle." I said with a smile back. "So would you like t-" He started then my phone started ringing.

BABY YOU LIGHT UP MY WORLD LIKE NOBODY ELSE -

"Sorry I have to take this." I said apologetically to Josh. "Hello?" I said answering my phone. "Where the hell are you Brielle Dawn Lawson?!" My friend Courtney on the other lined screamed practically busting my eardrums. "I am at the park. Prince wanted to go on a walk this morning!" I said into the phone. "Thank goodness I thought you got raped or kidnapped!" She said her voice cracking because of her yelling at me. "Seriously? I'm fine!" I said rolling my eyes. She laughed "Ok will you hurry home please?" She said. "Ok I will be there in a little bit!" I said. "Ok love you see you in a bit" She said in a giggly tone. "Ok love you too seeya!" I said hanging up the phone.

I turned back to Josh. "Sorry I have to go! It was nice meeting you Josh! Oh and thanks again for returning my dog to me!" I said picking up Prince and putting his leash on him. "No problem babe! It was nice meeting you too. I guess I will see you around?" He said putting his hands in his pockets. "Yep! Seeya!" I said waving and jogging back to my shared flat.

When I got back I unlocked the door ,and walked into the living room and found Courtney drinking coffee on the couch with Chester on her lap. He hissed at me, so I said what Katniss in the Hunger Games told her cat. "I'm still not afraid to cook you!" I hissed back. "You shall not cook my kitten!" Courtney said giving me a glare. "Soon." I said to the cat. I walked to my room.

I changed back into my pj's, and sat next to Courtney on the couch. " What's on the agenda for today?" I asked Courtney. "Well, I was hoping since the fair is going on I thought we could go there tonight?" She said while she rubbed Chester's head and he purred. Stupid cat, have to love him though. "Oh my gosh love it! What time should we leave?" I said excitedly ,I loved the fair ever since I was a little kid all the rides, the food everything about it I loved. "About 6:30pm" She said looking at the clock. "Ok yay!" I said. "Wanna play Mario Kart?" She said getting up. " Yes! Prepare to get your ass beat though!" I said laughing. She laughed at me "Oh whatever! Eat my dust bitch! You suck at Mario Kart!" She said getting the controllers and sitting back down beside me. She was right I did suck at Mario Kart.
