Call from Connor

Megan: Hello

Connor: Hi Megan! My family and I were wondering if you would like to say a speech at Matt’s funeral.

Megan: Yes I would love to

Connor: Okay that be great, it has to be ready by the funeral. 

Megan: Okay I'll see you soon Connor 

Connor: See you soon bye 

*they hang up*

Megan: Chels!!!

Chelsea: Yes!!

Megan: I am going to give a speech in Matt’s funeral 

Chelsea: I can't wait to hear it.

November 15 Matts funeral

Priest: Ladies and gentleman thank you for coming here today. Matthew was a great man that did a great service for our country. He is a different place now with no more pain from this world. Matthew was a friend, brother, son, and boyfriend. He was a great young man with lots to look forward to.

Dad speech: Matthew was a good young man. He was helpful and I am so happy to have as a son. All he wanted to do in life was to help others. He believed kindness would make the world a better place and I believe he is in a better place now.

Connor speech: Matt was one of my best friends I could talk to him about anything. We did a lot together. He was always very supportive with everything I did in my life and I did the same for him. He gave great advice and was always there to support you.

Matt's best friend: Matt was always the guy that had a smile on his face. He always wanted people to be happy. He would say life is way too short to be sad all the time. He was the life of the party. I am so happy I had him as my best friend.

Mum speech: Since Matthew was little he was always like mum I wanted to save people life and help people in need. Anything to make this world a better place he would try to do it. Matt had so much more to offer the world. He believe the world can be a better place if we help it. We can all do anything you set your mind to. Matthew never gave up on anything he did. He gave 100% and kept working on it until it happened. I am going to miss my son so much!! He had big plans for his future. *cries*

Megan speech: Good morning everyone. I don't know all of you but we all came here for one person Matt. I might have known Matt as long as all of you. But, Matt was a great guy. He is a complete gentleman that cares about others before himself. Which is a good characteristic that everyone in the world needs to have. I love that I could be part of his Matt was a funny person who always make you laugh. He would make you day and loves to help other people that is what makes him awesome. There should be more people like him in the world. 

*everyone nods and Megan cries*

*priest prays*

*they go outside and buries Matt in the ground*

*everyone cries*

Chelsea: I love you speech!

Megan: Thanks Chels

Harry: That was a great speech you did great job.

Megan: Thanks Harry it means a lot.

MM: Sweetie that was a great speech. I bet Matt loved it 

* Everyone goes to Megan and tells her how much they loved her speech.*

Megan: Thanks everyone. I am glad you all like it, it means a lot. 

Everyone: You’re welcome
