Imagine this. A young girl with bright blonde hair and determined blue eyes stepping into a studio.for.the first time. I glanced around once and was satisfied with the space. I was ready. Before I was sure I would never quit ballet, because like any younger sister, I wanted to do everything my sister did, but better. But, somehow Irish Dance interested me. The fast movements and the bouncy steps; It was like tap AND ballet combined. I absolutely loved it. Every bit. And to this very day I'm the same, I will NEVER get over the sparkles. Wait. I.didn't mention that, did I? Well, I used to be dragged around at my sister's feis so I would look at the dresses, shoes, and most of all, THE SPARKLES. That made me even MORE determined, but now I know that is not all glitter and sparkles, dancing is serious business. I grew to love the sport and have been loving it since!
