I was sitting on the bathroom floor surrounded by tears and blood. I looked down at the puddles around me. I know what I did, and it was a mistake. I know this wasn't the first time, but it relives pressure. It is still the one choice I will regret the most. Yet no one knows the horrible secret. The feeling of being alone was becoming more persistent. The bad memories flooded my mind, which made my grip on the towel tighter. My breathing became heavier the more I wasn't fighting the thoughts. I knew I should do something, Tell someone. As I sighed I started to wipe up the puddles.
I quickly finished cleaning the mess as soon as I heard footsteps outside the bathroom door. Just as I got up the door opened and Jenn was standing in the door. "What were you doing?" she looked at me. "Nothing..." I lied and slipped passed her heading to my room.
"Bailey wait." she stopped me in the hallway. "What?" I turned around and looked at her. "What were you doing...? "It looks like you were crying...," she whispered. "I know you're my little sister Jenn, but it's not your problem," I said as I went into my room and shut the door.
I heard her knock on the door and call my name but I ignored it. "Bailey. I know you're not telling me anything, but I can help you..." she spoke a little louder. I went back over to the door and opened it, glaring at her. "You can't help me because you have no idea what's happening," I snapped.
"Bailey please, I miss when we use to do things together," she admitted. "I know... I'm sorry... but everything is just... not good... and I don't want you to get involved ok?" I sighed. She nodded and hugged me. I smiled and hugged her back, feeling a little bit better.
"Now Jenn I want you to go to Maggie's house alright? I'm going to have a few friends over and I don't want you to feel left out" I broke the hug and stepped back. "Alright. I'm going to sleep over there then" she smiled and went to her room to get her things ready to go to Maggie's. "Love you" I called out to her. "Love you too sis" she replied.

I looked around the room to see Dylan and Finn sitting on the couch and chair. I heard a knock on the door. I got up and headed over to the door and opened it to see Jake and another guy. "Hey Jake" I said to him. "Hey Bailey, This is my cousin Dallas" he smiled at me and Dallas looked up. I sent him a welcoming smile at him as they walked in.
"How are you?" I asked Dallas. "I'm fine..." he replied quietly. He went and sat on the couch next to Finn. "He's a little shy and he isn't really a social person," Jake whispered to me. "Got it. I know how to fix that though" I replied. He nodded and sat on the second couch next to Dylan and I sat I'm the chair.
"So Dallas I thought you were going to your girlfriends house?" Finn questioned. "Oh... we uh... broke up..." Dallas quietly replied. "Oh..." Finn goes silent and so does Dallas. "I'm sorry..." I said looking towards Dallas. "It's ok... she was just the love of my life... no big deal" he spoke quietly. "Just don't start cutting..." Jake broke the silence.
I looked over at Dylan and he was sitting there silently. I sighed and got up heading over to the door. "Where are you going?" Dylan spoke up. "I'm just going outside for some air..." I replied as I walked outside closing the door behind me. I sighed and I sat on the steps.
A little while later I hear the door open and close behind me. The footsteps were coming closer to me until I saw someone sit next to me. I looked over to see Dallas sitting there. I wiped my eyes, still looking at him. "Hey are you okay?" he wondered looking back at me. I stayed silent, looking down the pitch-black street.
"Bailey... what's wrong...?" he asked me concerned. "Why do you care? You met me 2 hours ago" I snapped. "Bailey..." He started. "Dallas. I don't need your help. I need to solve my own problems" I sighed.
"Why did you decide to storm out? Did someone say something...?" He asked, looking at me concerned. I nodded because I didn't want to say a word. Was I really going to tell my secret to a total stranger?
"Why do you wear sweaters in the summer...?" He kept his gaze on me. I stayed silent as he gently grabbed my arm and pulled up the sleeves. "Bailey..." He whispered. "Please don't tell anyone..." I begged him and pulled my sleeves down.
"Your secret is safe with me" he promised and looked back into my eyes. "So... How's your break-up?" I quickly changed the subject. "Oh uh... I-I'm coping..." He stammered. "If you ever need someone to talk to you can come to me alright?" I reassured him.
He smiled and nodded. I chuckled a bit which made him look at me confused. "What?" He wondered. "It's just that 3 hours ago I had no idea who you were now you know the biggest secret of my life" I explained.
"That's true... But it feels like I have known you longer" he said. I couldn't help but agree. If anyone else would've came out here I would have came up with excuses but I didn't with him. "We shod head back in it's getting cold" he stood up, reaching his hand down to help me up.
I gladly took it and got up to my feet. I went up the stairs with him following me. When I opened the door everyone was looking at me concerned. Dallas ushered me in and closed the door behind me.
I sat next to Dylan and smiled at him. I felt like a different person now that I know that I can trust someone. Dylan wrapped his arm around me trying to keep me warm. I cuddled close to him shivering.
I'm glad he was here. Dylan is honestly my best friend and i dont know what I would do without him. I know I can't tell him because he will be mad at me... I'm just going to wait until he is ready for the news.

It was now the morning because I felt the warm glow of the sun on my face which made me smile. I found myself on the couch wrapped in 3 blankets and with 4 pillows. I remember that Dylan, Finn, Dallas, and Jake went home.
I groaned realizing that I had to get up and check my phone. When I did I found that I got a message from Jenn.
~ Hey Bailey I'm gonna come home around 10:00am. See you soon! Love Jenn ~
I checked the time to see it was 9:50am so that means she's on her way home now. I started to straighten up the living room and clean up the dishes I didn't put away last night. A few minutes past and I heard the door creak open. I looked over and saw Jenn walk in the door, take off her shoes, and out away her coat.
She set her bag on the chair and went over to me in the kitchen. "How was Maggie's?" I asked her. "It was good. We has a movie marathon and it was a blast. How was the get together?" She wondered. "It was certainly a night to remember" I replied.
