The 3rd Carriage...
(Scott's POV)
As the clouds above grew darker and thunder ragged both dad and I were cutting our way through the debris in front of us... We are just about to break through the final massive metal beam that goes down the middle of the carriage when I get a call,
"Scott from Thunderbird 5 come in?" I hear John ask
"Scott here... What's up?" I ask
"The EuroStar is 21 minutes away from your current location... You need to act now or all 700 people on board are going to be at risk" he says
"Ok how do we stop it if the guide break is broken?" I ask
"That's the thing... I was looking through the blueprints when I found that if in the eventuality a train does crash and destroys the primary guide break box a second one can be used... You just need to active platform 3's guide break" he says
"Is there anyway you can get the train to slow down?" I ask
"It's going at 500Km/hr... I need the override code and we don't have time for that... The only other way is to make a call to EuroRail-MonoRail and get them to do it manually" he says
"F.A.B" I say " see what you can do... We're nearly clear here" I finish
"F.A.B" John says before ending the communication

"Dad I'm all good here could you see what you can do about that secondary guide break?" I ask
"F.A.B Scott" Dad says before leaving the carriage and then I'm back to cutting

South London...
(Lady Penelope's POV)
As we are driving to the exit of London heading back to Dover I get an unexpected call,
"FAB 1 from Thunderbird 5 come in please" I hear John say
"FAB 1 here... What can I do for you John?" I ask
"Could you make a stop at EuroRail's MonoRail division called EuroRail-MonoRail... They're in south London we need the EuroStar MonoTrain slowed to at least 200Km/hr to stop it from putting 700 lives at risk... And if they ask who has the authority then tell them International Rescue and the GDF" he says
"Sure thing John" I say before ending the call "Parker one more stop before Dover" I say
"Where to malady?" He asks
"EuroRail-MonoRail" I say
"Yes malady" he says and we speed up

The Pipe Line...
(Virgil's POV)
"So where do we go now?" Gordon asks
"Knowing tunnels from other rescues there's always a emergency exit or check point and based on how far this pipe goes there's got to be a maintenance shaft somewhere along this section" I say
"So we go that way basically" Alan says pointing the opposite way to the cave in
"Yep" I say and we walk towards the front of the train
"Come on everyone" Gordon says and I hear foot steps behind us

"Look at that" Alan says shining his flash light at the hole in the side of the lead carriage
"Well that's what caused this mess" I say
"Looks like the hydraulic pressure lines ruptured" Alan says
"And that would have caused the guide curve to shift... See" I say pointing to the trains guide curve which has the hydraulic pressure line right above it
"That explains the explosion I heard in the cabin" a man says walking towards us
"Who are you?" I ask
"I'm the driver... I head an explosion just before the controls shorted out and everything went to hell" he says
"The question is though what caused the pressure to build in the first place" I say
"Maybe it has something to do with the thing that says hydraulic pressure feed failure" Gordon says pointing to a red flashing panel
"And there's the final piece of the puzzle" I say
"What do you mean?"we ask
" ok so here's what I think happened... As the train left Paris and and passed the sign exiting the city the lower part of the sign must have hit the panel containing the hydraulic pressure line and guide curve network... The impact damaged the hydraulic line and the pressure built so much that it exploded which explains what you heard... Now with the guide curve network off line the train at high speeds can't stay straight on the guide rail and will fly off... Which is most possibly what happened here" I say taking a deep breath
"So your saying poor rail line planning caused this?" Alan asks
"No... Just poor sign placement... If it had been one or two more centimetres away this accident would never have happened and the train wouldn't have but over 1000 lives at risk" I say
"Strange how that turned out" Gordon says
"Indeed" I say
"Can we find the exit?" Alan asks
"Let's get going" I say and we continue walking to the maintenance shaft

3rd Carriage...
(Scott's POV)
"Finally" I say as I break through the metal beam
"Thank goodness" a man says
"Thank you" a woman says
"This train had been tested how could this have happened" a man says
"Who are you?" I ask
"Dr Copper" the man says "I created this version of this train... How could this have happened" he says
"Sir think about that later... Right now we need to get all of you out of here as soon as possible" I say and I start to clear the rest of the carriage
"Scott to Thunderbird 5 come in" I say activating my communicator
"Thunderbird 5 here... What's the situation Scott" John says
"Carriage 3 cleared" I inform
"Good... 3 more to go" John says
"Ok" I say
"Thunderbird 5 out" he says and end the call
"Next Carriage 4" I say to myself and I make my way into the next carriage

EuroRail-MonoRail Offices, South London...
(Lady Penelope's POV)
"Right here Parker" I say as FAB 1 pulls up to the building
"Yes malady" Parker says and I get out of the car
"This shouldn't take to long" I say and we both walk into the building

When we enter the building we walk up to the front counter
"How can I help you?" The woman behind the counter asks
"I need to speak to the CEO" I say
"And who might I say you are?" She asks
"Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward" I say
" I'll be right back" she says and she walks to the lift
"This shouldn't take to long" I say

5th Carriage...
(Scott's POV)
"These carriages are in better condition" I say to myself
"No debris blocking the way" I say and soon I'm up to person 340

"Please exit through the 3rd carriage" I say as I lead each passenger out of the train and soon enough carriages 3 to 6 are empty

"Scott to Thunderbird 5" I say
"Thunderbird 5 here" John says
"All passengers from the 3rd carriage to the 6th are cleared of the danger zone" I say
"Good now we just need the last 21 and this rescue will nearly be completed" he says
"Don't forget the EuroStar" I say
" I haven't" he says
"No debris made that rescue a lot more easier" I say
"I bet it did" John says
"Tell dad the progress" I say
"F.A.B" John says
"Scott out" I say and end the call

The Pipe...
(Alan's POV)
"Do you hear that?" I ask as I hear what sounds like water hitting metal
"Yeah it's rain" Gordon says
"That means we're close to the surface" Virgil says and all 25 of us begin to climb the maintenance shaft to the surface
"You smell that?" Gordon asks
"Yeah" I say
"Smells like rain" he says
"Does that mean..." I start as we approach a metal door
"Yes" Virgil says and pushes the door open
"We made it" I say and the instant we walk out we get hit by rain and I turn to see Virgil activate his communicator
"This is Virgil... Mission completed" he says
"Not yet" I hear John say
"How long until the EuroStar arrives?" Gordon asks
"There's no more time... It's here" I say and as I finish my sentence I hear a faint horn
