Dear Reader,

This book is strange. It's not only about love from another, it's also about life within a family.

“What happened?” The police officer asked in a serious tone. Neither of them said anything when that questioned was asked. They were separated in different rooms. Father was out of his mind; he was staring in empty space with bloodshot eyes, the imagine replaying as a film. Mother hadn’t even looked up at the detective, she’d only started bawling, her whole body trembling. The detective sighed and walked out of the room.

he walked to the other room, where the child was smiling by herself. Her feet were dangling in the air beneath the table and as he entered the room, her eyes glinted with joy and she asked, “Can I have some ice cream?”

“Later if you behave.” She nodded with a squeal, crossing her arms. “What happened today?”

The child’s smile vanished from it’s face. “I thought you knew.” The child whispered.

“No, i don’t. Maybe you could help?”

She nodded, “I pushed her. We started fighting so I pushed her and she fell on the road and that’s when the car came.”

The detective’s eyes widened.

“Can I have some ice cream now?”
