"What's up you guys, it's me Mrs. WinnieMouse here!" I heard the 'miniature me' say in from the editing window on my laptop. "Today is the best ever, and do you know why?"
"WE REACHED 50K!" I said in unison with myself, laughing as I did so.
Today was a big day for me because, after two years of hard work, I finally reached my goal on YouTube. Yep that is right, I reached 50 thousand subs on YouTube. But then again who is ever really counting, aye?
And although reaching 50K was probably the height of my existance, I was focused on other things as well, like my trip to Europe! I had been planning this trip with my grandparents for a while now and since I am on summer vaction it just maked sense. I mean, what better time to go then now?
So here I was, editing the last video I have to edit before I leave in the morning, and yet all that was running through my mind was I would somehow see The SideMen during my time in London.
"For those of you who don't know who the SideMen are, they are a group of gamers on YouTube who were actually the ones who inspired me become a YouTuber in the first place," I heard my voice echo from my laptop.
I smiled, it was true; those seven guys are had what made the person I was then. The made me feel happy, and upbeat in the times I felt the weight of the world upon my shoulders. Without them, I probably wouldn't have been sitting there in my room working on that video celebrating my 50K subs.
"These guys are the reason I am here sitting in front of you on your computer screen right now," miniature me laughed and continued on, "so if you love me and love my videos, you can technically thank them!"
I sat there for about two hours editing and adding sound clips in certain areas until finally it was ready to upload. When I finished it was about 11:50 p.m. and I was way beyond tired at that point.
As the video began to convert, I took out my phone and pulled up twitter.
@WinnieMouse144: hey guys, the vid's converting and should be up in a bit. i love you all! #WinnieHas50k☺❤
I after retweeting and and favoriting a few tweets, I closed the app and rested on floor next to my laptop.
"It's almost twelve and I have a flight at five in the morning," I sighed to myself, "I really need to get a life."
I fell asleep about half an hour later while I was finishing packing my bag for the morning. Although I never really thought that trip would change my life... forever.
