Laurence's POV
I walk up to Emmalyn and Aphmau's oak wood house and knock. Aphmau slowly opens the sturdy door.
"Ahh, my love," I kneel down and kiss her hand gently. She quickly grabbed her hand back and held it to her chest.
"Ummm, hey Laurence.." She says confused. I clear my throat.
"After speaking with Zenix, we have decided that if you would like to become the Lord of Pheonix Drop, that you may." I put it very simply, but trust me, there was a lot more planning than that.. Kind of.. She gave out an adorable little squeal,
"Of course! Thank you!" I smile at her. She's so cute!
Aphmau's POV
Eeeeeeeek! Laurence just came by and told me that I could become lord here! And of course, I accepted! I was so excited that I swung the heavy door open and just dashed around the village. I looked up at the trees. The way the moonlight poured though the leaves was just stunning. Oooff! I feel myself bump into something and fall backwards into someone's arms.. I look up to see..
"G-Garroth?!" I gasp,
"Garroth, I'm so sorry! I should've watched where I was going.." I sprung up out of his arms and onto my own feet.
"..."
Oh no! He's staying silent! Hngggg... I just start running into the forest, I'm so embarrassed..!
Garroth's POV
Lady Aphmau bumped into something and fell backwards. Thank Irene I caught here! She gazed up at me with her bright amber eyes..
"G-Garroth?!" She started to stutter, she also began to blush a bit.
"Garroth I'm so sorry! I should've watched where I was going.." She got out I my arms. Her hair was so radiant in this moonlight.. No Garroth, stop. She's your lord, not only that, you just met her. I-I didn't know what to say so I just stayed silent. She looked so defeated.. And she ran back into the forest. I-I should've said somthing.. Anything..
