Josh P.O.V.
I need her. I’m itching to hold her, kiss her, hell even to look at her.
‘There has been security breach on the west side of the border. Willow’s Point is crossing the border. Handle it Josh’
‘Yes Sir.’
Jumping midair into my sandy red wolf. I dashed across the yard to handle business. Once I got there I see it was my mate in human form waiting for me. Shifting back into my human, I see her cheeks turn as red as my wolf. I look down to see me standing in nature’s glory. I chuckle deeply to my self and then clear my throat.
“Demi, What are you doing here? You could have been killed and started a war that couldn’t be stopped. You rejected me. What do you want?”
“All of it would have been worth it if you would forgive me and take me back. I am so sorry. I didn’t give you the chance to explain and I was hurt.”
“Baby I love you. I do love Ash but not the way I love you. I broke up with her because I want our packs to know were mates. Baby I am sorry for hurting you and if you give me another chance I will make it up to you the right way.”
“Oh Josh. I love you too.”
Demi rushed to arms and I cradled her like our lives depended on it. I had my love back in my life and she was going nowhere. Now was the time for us to tell our parents. They won’t be happy but I don’t care as long as I have Demi by my side.
Demi P.O.V.
Being in Josh’s arms, I felt secure. I still couldn’t shake the feeling that someone was watching me, but I didn’t’ care. I had Josh back.
“Baby, we need to tell our packs. Since you’re here let’s tell my dad first.”
“Ok. Promise me you won’t leave my side.”
“I promise. No one or nothing will come between us again.”
We walked to my house and I felt her getting nervous and scared.
“Baby, breath. It’s going to be ok.”
She didn’t acknowledge me. My father walked down the stairs and he had a mean look in his eyes. I knew I had to protect her from his harsh rules.
“What the hell are you doing on my land Storms?”
