He was the first Weasley male to be born in the new generation, after Victoire, Dominique, Roxanne, Molly and Lucy. He was the first Weasley to be sorted into Slytherin in 7 generations. He was the first Weasley to rise to Head of Department of International Magic Cooperation much to Uncle Percy's delight.
He was also the first Weasley to give up magic. He wanted to work on Wall Street because, in his words, taking over the Wizarding World 'will take me a Saturday morning. The Muggles will be a challenge.'
