Elsword: Add X Rena Taking Over My Insanity

Chapter 3: Different?

Raven quickly sat up as soon as he awoke, "RENA!" Raven pulled the bed sheets off of him, and ran towards Rena's tent, as he opened it he saw that the tent was empty. Raven searched all over the tent until he heard the move close to the tent. Raven opened up the tent and saw Add pouring boiling water into a bowl, he looked tired and weak but enough energy to place the water into the bowl. "ADD!" Add held his head at Raven's scream, he made a low 'tsk' noise and looked towards Raven. Add looked paler than usual and his eyes still their odd color of white and light light pink. Raven rushed at Add and picked him up by his collar, "Where is Rena?!"

Add grabbed Raven's hand and pulled his fingers off his collar, "Don't touch me, I'm not in the mood to hear your screams." Add landed back to the floor with a gentle tap, "The elf is fine, she just needs to sleep. Poor little elf had to carry all of you into your tent and take care of me all night." Raven went wide eyed, he ran past Add and towards the purple tent, Add sent his Dynamos to stop him but Raven just fazed right through them. Raven ran inside and screamed Rena's name, Raven looked around the tent and found Rena covered by the purple bed sheets and sleeping soundly. Raven picked up Rena to place her into his tent but was stopped by white haired insanity. "Put her down. She was sleeping comfortably in my bed." Rena cling onto the purple bed sheets and nuzzled her face into them, "See now put her back!"

Add reached out towards Rena but Raven pulled her closer into his chest like she was a jewel worth millions of Ed. Add grew anger with Raven's resistance, "I said give her back!" Add had pushed Raven back with a push of his Dynamos, Raven took a tight grip on her, to make sure that she didn't get pushed away or fall. Although when Raven loosen his grip on the Night Watcher, Add noticed that she had claw marks on her upper arm. "Give her back! She's mine! You just hurt the poor thing!" Raven eyes narrowed and used his maximum canon, of course it was his first set move so it was a little weak but it still gave him enough time to get him and Rena out of the tent.

Rena awoke to hear the painful grunts of Add, she felt the heat of the canon and looked up at Raven. Raven then looked down at her and whispered her name lowly although Rena's main concern was Add at the moment. Rena back-flipped to escape Raven's grasp, accidentally kicking Raven in the jaw, Rena ran towards the burning tent and reached inside to try and grab Add. Although Raven held his jaw he was still able pulled her away by the back of her outfit, but she was already holding onto the insane man. Rena, falling back, held onto Add, placing his head on her lap. "Raven, what is wrong with you!?" Raven was shocked at her sudden scream, "Add is sick! He has no energy, he could have died in there!"

Raven looked down at Add, his usual snowy white hair was covered in soot and his face as well. The rest of the El gang came out and saw the tent on fire, Aisha and Ara quickly contained and put out the fire and restoring the tent to its usual form. Everyone looked at Rena and saw her hugging Add's head, "Rena. . .I'm sorry." Raven tried to reach out to Rena but she waved her hands and the Dynamos came and blocked off Raven's hand. Everyone gasped at her sudden action, she had just controlled the Dynamos, a object only Add was able to control. "Rena. . .he-I mean you were in his tent asleep in his bed! What was I supposed to do!?" Rena looked at Raven and narrowed her eyes , at that moment Raven saw the purple mark on her milky skin.

Raven pulled at Rena's wrist pulling her up and letting Add fall to the ground, "What's this!?" Raven touched the mark on her collar, although Rena couldn't see the mark. Rena pulled against his grip and tried her best to break free, "Rena! I asked you a question! What is this mark!?" Rena couldn't answer she didn't know what Add did to her collar. Add opened his eyes to see Raven gripping at Rena and screaming into her ear. Add waved his hand and the Dynamos pushed Raven back all the way into his tent making him hit his tent, making the tent collapse, "Add this doesn't concern y-" Raven the looked at the mark on her collar, "No wait, it does concern you!" Raven grabbed Rena by her upper arm and pulled her in front of Add, "What is this?!" 

Raven gripped Rena's chin and forced her to look somewhere else, Add looked at the mark he left on Rena. Add wanted to smirk and laugh at his work but now it wasn't the time, "A bruise." Add smirked at how Raven grew angrier and angrier, "She must have gotten it when she took off the spike ball she used on me, must have gotten her neck and she didn't notice. Look at her hands if you don't believe me." Raven gripped one of Rena's hands and scratches were all over her soft hand, Raven went wide eyed and pushed Rena away. Rena landed on the ground next to Add, "Do you feel foolish Raven? I mean you did just have a outburst for no reason, and in front of everyone." Raven looked at the rest of the El gang, they had a small hint of fear in their eyes. 

Raven grit his teeth and reached out to the Night Watcher, "Let's go Rena, we should collect our things to head to the village." Rena didn't take his hand, she just looked down at the ground. "Rena! Let's go!" Rena covered her head in fear of the Raven, she thought he would never hurt her, he thought he would never yell at her like he did. . .why did Raven do it? "Rena! I mean it let's go!" Rena had tears in the corner of her eyes, she hasn't cried in years, but now . . .she needed to. "Rena I'm not going to say this any more than I have to, let's fucking go!" Raven grabbed her wrist with his claw and gripped it tightly, he had pierced her wrist and it felt like it was about to break. 

"Stop him!" Elsword and Elesis ran towards Raven but he placed his sword around Rena's neck, one wrong move and she goes bye bye. "Raven, what the hell is wrong with you?!" Add looked at the scream of the Chung, "Let Rena go! She need medical attention, please leave her out of it." Raven looked at Chung with a glare of death, "Raven we have gone through a lot together: Rena, you, Add, Elsword, me, everyone,  don't let this little fight be the end of our journey." Raven gripped tighten for a moment and within that moment everyone heard a snap, Raven didn't care about where the noise came from he just needed to calm down before anything gets worse.

 Raven let Rena go and she dropped to her knees holding her wrist, "Elf, are you okay?" Rena looked up and shacked her head, it was painful she wanted to scream more than anything. Rena stood up and Add placed his Dynamos on the archer's back and legs pushing her back, the dynamos made a make shift chair for the archer and he headed back into his tent. "I'll care for our elf, you take care of the guy who probably broke her wrist with no remorse."  Add's dynamos brought in Rena and placed her on his bed, "Here let me see." Rena shook in pain, "Go ahead and cry just give me five seconds." Add placed a large purple barrier around the tent, "Okay now you can cry elf." 

Tears and screams burst out of the sweet quiet elf, the barrier covered her scream and she was very much so thankful about that. "I know, I know it hurts little elf. C'mon I know their is more." More tears came out of the elf and she scream upwards, Add went closer and placed come white liquid around her wrist and all over her hand. Rena's screams started to die down and her tears started to dry up, Add wrapped her wrist around a white cloth. Rena sniffled and looked at her wrist, "Does it feel better little elf?" Rena nodded lightly, "Good let me see what else I can do." He lifted her wrist and kissed it lightly, Rena went a dark red and looked away. "I do hope that helps the pain even if its a little. Now get some rest, you may have just woken up but that wrist needs some rest." Add placed on Dynamo under her wrist, "This should keep it elevated, you stay in here until your wrist is better. I'll go to the witch to get some ice for the wrist." 

Add pushed Rena down while her hand was elevated lightly as Add was about to walk out, with her right hand, she held onto his shirt. "Add. . ." Add looked back at the little elf, she was holding the rims of his shirt, but she was looking down. "Thank you. . . for everything." Add went wide eyed and smiled softly at the elf, he turned back at her and pulled her hair out of her forehead. Add leaned in close and placed a light kiss on her head, she let go and he pulled back walking out of the tent. Rena smiled, "The trust of the group may be a little different but Add. . .he changed the most."
