Conner can still remember when he found out what was going on. He was singing and dancing on Stage. Kevin was in the audience with their little girl in his lap... When Suddenly the door opened at the edge of the theater and a lady was yelling...

She was screaming about the dead walking... She was just screaming so loud. The band stop playing the actors stopped acting. Conner and Kevin's daughter, Kaylee, started crying...

People had been saying it was going to happen... But Conner never thought it would...

The door swung open again... And Sure enough. Walking corpses, moaning and Stumbling in a Broadway Theater.

Kevin waisted no time running up and Jumping up on to the stage. He grabbed Conner's hand and Held the three year old girl tight in his arm as she cried, pulling him backstage where all the other actors had already gone. They headed for the stage door. "Wait!" Conner said, Running to the dressing room he grabbed several bags of his, Kevin, and Kaylee's clothing. When he started hearing about this stuff... He had packed food, Water and Clothing for the three of them in bags to keep at the theater. Enough for at least a year. Maybe even longer. He ran back out to his family carrying the bags.

When they got outside, Chris, James, Naba, and Arnold were waiting with the van. They had all been there as well. They had all had a plan.

Weeks before they had worked out what they were going to do. They knew Staying in New York was not a good idea. They'd never make it there. So they would pack up clothes, Food, Water, Guns, Ammo, and Whatever else they would Need and get out of the City. They could go to the country side maybe. But they had to get out. Especially with Kaylee and Naba and Arnold's baby, Lucas.

Kevin gave Kaylee to Conner and Took the bags, Putting them in the trunk of the van as Conner climbed in. They were everywhere. The zombies were.

Kevin jumped in the car. "Go! Go James Drive!"

And Like that they were off and driving. That was one of the scariest car rides of any of their lives.

And That's how they got here. To the middle of no where in a ranch house. The house Belong To Ben Schrader and His husband, Oliver Davis. And Their Daughter, Amberly. She was ten. They adopted her after they got her her through Foster care. There house was pretty much the safest place at the moment.

Kevin sat on the loveseat with Conner in his arms. Arnold and Naba sat out the sette and James and Chris sat With Ben and Oliver on the couch.

Lucas Cunningham, who was one, Kaylee Price-McKinley, Who was three, and Amberly Davis sat on the floor. Lucas was sitting on Amberly's lap as the blonde Ten year old watched the Adults talk.

"Alright..." Kevin said, Running his hands through his hair. "What are we gonna do guys?" He said, holding Conner close to him. "

"Well, I think we should board of the windows. Block off the doors with Heavy furniture. We need to stay here for as long were able. Here we have water, Electricity. It's or best bet for keeping ourselves and the kids safe." Conner suggested. Ben nodded. "I think that's a good idea. We'll do that For now. Kevin, You, James and I will go out and Get the wood from the barn. We all should take guns. Chris, Conner, Oliver there's enough wood already in here to get these boarded up. Naba, Arnold you two Play with the kids, Okay? You can take them up too Amberly's room. Their are toys and Coloring books."

Naba and Arnold started to get the kids to the stairs to go upstair as Ben started for the door with Kevin and James.

"Daddy!" Kaylee yelled, making Kevin spin on his his heels. She let go of Naba's hand and ran to him, holding his arms up. "Up! Up! Stay with me and Papa!" She shouted, sniffing softly as tears filled her blue eyes.
