Dusk flew to the Ruins as fast as he can.A little while later he heard Prince Blueblood's wining and complaining about the Everfree Forest and disgusting mud."That means I'm close,"said dusk to himself.Five minutes later,he reached his destination.

"I...I am here!"panted dusk as he landed at the ruins."Ah,you're here, my faithful student,"said Lord Solaris."We will start in a minute.My brother has to go 'wee wee',"said Solaris in a softer voice almost like a whisper about the last sentence."Wha?"asked dusk in a confused voice but was intterupted by another voice:"Hey Dusk!"said Shining Armor."Oh,your magesty,"said dusk as he bowed in front of Shining Armor and Blueblood."That's more like it,"said Blueblood as Shining Armor rolled his eyes."You don't have to do that,Dusk,"said Shining as he patted the purple alicorn's head."So....how's your relationship with Twily?"asked Shining."Y-you heard?"asked dusk in a worried tone."Yeah,"replied Shining."You're not mad?"asked dusk."Why would I be mad?"asked Shining as he raised a brow."W-well because you're her big sister and you might hate me for dating her,"replied dusk in fear."Of course not.I'm happy for you!,"answered Shining as he gave him a nuggie."Ow!Ow!Stop it!"said dusk."Haha okay,"replied Shining playfully."Dusk,have you met Prince Blueblood?"asked Shining."No,I haven't but I have heard of him,"replied dusk."Why don't you meet him now?"asked Shining as he pointed at Blueblood who was adjusting his golden mane."Sure,"replied dusk.

After dusk introduced himself to prince blueblood,they heard a scream coming from their backs which is the hallway."BROTHER!!!"shouted Prince Artemis who had a long piece of toilet paper stuck at the bottom of his back right hoof."Yes,brother.What is it?"asked Lord Solaris in a worried tone."T-there are a lot of bugs at the bathroom's sink!"exclaimed Atemis."Well what do you expect from an over thosand year-old bathroom?!?"replied Solaris angrily."Grrrr...whatever..."replied Artemis as Solaris rolled his eyes."Anyways,the reason I gathered you all here is because that tonight is the five thousandth and one night of the century.Because of that,we will peform a ritual tonight at the full moon,"said Solaris as Artemis nodded.

"Let me tell you a story,my little ponies,"added Solaris."Many years ago,on every five thousandth and one night of the century,many princes of the past,including my father have to peform this ritual to make sure that everyting is safe.The ritual is that we have to be at the throne room of this place by midnight and sit on my father's throne one by one and our results will be showed on the moon.If one who sits on the throne and the moon turns red,which means that he will be a victim of the ancient soul of flames.The ancient soul of flames will choose and affect the one he choose.The effect on the victim is unsure because none of us have been chosen or encountered it but it was said that the effect is about the one's emotions.It's also said that this soul will choose a victim of us princes and will rise but we were unsure when will that happened,"explained Solaris.After he explained it,the whole room turned speechless."Because of that,we need you to be here before midnight because at midnight we will peform the ritual,"said Artemis as he tried to break the pin drop silence.

"You all may be dismissed,"said Solaris.Then,Shining,Blueblood and Dusk went back while Prince Artemis and Solaris stayed at the room.

'Okay,I have to be at the ruins before midnight' thought dusk as he took off and went back home.'I still can't tell them' he thought again as a reminder.
