The door to my room opened as I was looking for clothes to wear for the day. I stopped and looked at Jax, he was staring at me. His eyes raked over me as I had just gotten out of the shower. I had on a bra and underwear. "What's up with the stars?" he asked and I smirked. "My kills." I said and he shook his head. I had small star tattoos covering the left side of my ribs. "You should talk to Happy." he chuckled. "Is there something you need or are you just going to stare at my tits?" I asked.
"Yeah, what time is that guy coming by?" he asked. "He's not. He doesn't care." I said and he walked out. I pulled on a white muscle tee and a pair of ripped dark jeans and some vans. I walked out of my room, "Hey darlin you forget to say hi to someone last night?" Opie asked when he saw me. "Sorry, Ope." I sighed and he hugged me. "You look good, kid." he told me and I smiled. Opie was always good to me. "Lyla likes you, thinks she's gonna be the one to break the shell you put yourself in." Opie said and I shook my head.
I noticed Happy eyeing my side. "So why does Jax think we'll get along?" I asked as I walked over to him. He lifted his shirt and pointed to the happy faces. "That how you got your name?" I asked and he nodded. "Come on." Tig said as he walked towards me with a smile. "What?" I asked not moving. "Come with me, I'm taking you to breakfast. I haven't seen you in five years, you've got some talking to do." Tig said and I followed him out to his bike.
When we walked into a diner a lady that looked about thirty smiled at Tig. "Hiya, Tiggy!" she said happily. "Hey, Sarah!" he smiled before kissing her cheek. "Who's this?" she asked looking at me. "My niece, Tyler. She's staying here for awhile." Tig said and I shook the woman's hand. "Nice to meet you." I said before stepping back behind Tig. "Well you two have a seat!" Sarah said and I followed Tig to a booth.
"She likes you." I said quietly and he looked slightly taken aback. "Nah, just good friends." he said shaking his head. "So tell me what's changed." Tig said with a smile. "Tattoos, piercings, murder. You know the family trade." I said as a waitress walked over. "Coffee, Tig?" she asked and he nodded. "I'll take the same." I said quietly. "You want your usual too?" she asked glancing at Tig who again just nodded. "And for you, sweetheart?" she asked with a smile. "Pancakes." I said feeling a grin creep onto my face. "Sure thing, darlin'." she said and walked away.
"I think that's first time I've seen you smile since you've been here." Tig said quietly. "I think this is first time I've had pancakes since the last time you brought me here." I said just as quietly. "Seriously?" he asked and I nodded. "So where'd you get that country accent?" he asked. "I lived in Oklahoma for awhile, picked it up there and haven't a been able to get rid of it since." I shrugged. "You have a tattoo on your lip?" he asked and I nodded. "It says I love Vlad." I said and showed it to him. "Who's Vlad and why do you heart him?" he asked. "When I was traveling, I ended up in Russia for awhile and lost a bet to a Russian mobster named Vladimir." I said and he shook his head. "Where'd you go?" he asked. "New York, where I met Juice. Oklahoma, Russia, Ireland where I met SAMCRO's friends the Kings and a few other boys in Belfast, China, Italy, Cuba, Jamaica, Colombia, England. Everywhere." I said and he looked confused. "How?" he asked frowning. I pulled my shirt to the side revealing the stars, "For work." I said and he chuckled. "You're one little badass aren't you, Ty?" he asked and I couldn't help but smirk.
"So tell me about you." I sighed leaning back against the seat. "Dawn died, I fucked a couple porn stars, made some mistakes, saved a dog." he said and I could see that he didn't really want to talk about club stuff. A man walked in that caused Tig to roll his eyes. He was a cop. "Trager! Good to see you! Who's this?" the cop asked smiling. "My niece, Tyler. Tyler, this is deputy chief Hale." Tig said sounding disinterested. I simply scowled at the man. "I didn't know you had a niece Trager, maybe she can keep you out of trouble." the cop said and turned to walk away. "Just go eat your fucking donut, pig." I growled under my breath. "Excuse me?" Hale asked turning around and bending so that he was eye level with me. Tig was trying not to laugh but managed to warn me to watch my mouth. "You heard me." I spat towards the cop. "Maybe it should be Trager keeping you out of trouble." Hale said but it sounded more like a threat. "Oink. Oink. Motherfucker." I growled and stood up. I know the fact that I'm only 5'4 isn't intimidating but I can still throw a punch.
