Chapter 13: Vacation... Ruined!

Natsu's pov🔥
I laughed at Lucy's shocked face, that was a keeper! "Why are you here?! This was supposed to be our vacation!" Lucy said half yelling, I knew she meant that the vacation was for her and her friends. "Well you see, this was put together by Jellal and Er-" I started but Lucy cut me off. "Jellal and Erza?! Your kidding right?! I can't get o-" Lucy started to yell but I cut her off this time and whispered in her ear. "Oi, Levy is right there and you aren't acting like a real good girlfriend... Can we continue this later?" Lucy nodded slightly and then smiled when I pulled away. "Sorry Levy! I was just so surprised in seeing my boyfriend! Hey, how's it going with you and Gajeel?" Lucy said, making sure the acting was perfect... She's amazing... "U-um... G-Gajeel... Hush Lu-chan!" Levy said red faced and walked away. "Let's go to the water park!" Erza yelled then came up to Lucy and smiled, "You like the surprise?" Erza said. "U-uh... Yes! I'm so happy to see my Natsu!" Lucy said smiling and I grabbed her hand. "Let's go down to the park ok?" I said and she nodded.

Turns out everyone was going, Gray, Jellal, Gajeel, Erza, Juvia, Levy, Lucy, and myself. But everyone left Lucy and I alone for the most part, "Natsu, can we please talk now?" Lucy said and I turned to face her. "Sure... L-luc-" I stopped when I saw her, she looked amazing in that bikini... Honestly... "What?" She said and her face started to grow red. "N-nothing!" I said and looked away red faced.
Lucy looked around to make sure no one was within earshot of us then began to speak, "Why can't you leave me alone for a few days?! You always bother me!" I shook my head, "Hey, I'm just looking out for ya!" I started raising my voice. "Really?! Really! All you do is make my life horrible!" Lucy yelled. "I make your life horrible?! I do?! You make my life horrible!" I yelled back. "I wish I didn't ever come to the school! I wish I never had to be with you! Or even meet you!" Lucy yelled with tears in her eyes and ran off...
Wow... That escalated quickly, I didn't mean to make Lucy cry... I let out a sigh and walked off to find Gray and the others.
Lucy's pov🔑
I ran to my room and changed then jumped on my bed and cried.
Just as I thought he was perfect,
he goes and makes me feel
horrible again!
"Idiot... Why do I have to be stuck with him?!" I said to no one sniffling. I love my friends and everything but doing all this crap for my father's company is too much...
Natsu's pov🔥
"Whoah... That's what happened?" Gray said to me after I told him about the fight between Lucy and I but didn't include the part about the company problems. "You kinda did go overboard..." Gajeel added. "You should talk to her-" Erza said but Jellal interrupted her, "No, the last person she probably wants to see is him, I think Levy should talk to her." He said and I agreed... Even though it did hurt to talk about it...
All of us grabbed our things and headed back to our rooms.

Lucy's pov🔑
I was awaken by a light knock on the door and rubbed my puffy eyes, "Come in..." I mumbled and Levy walked in, "Hey Lu, what's wrong?" She said with a small smile. "Natsu... He's so rude, I'm done with this crap." I said and put my head into my pillow. "Well, do you want me to stay for a moment if it helps?" Levy said and I nodded. "Gray talked to him earlier and he isn't doing any good himself... He feels horrible, he wanted to talk to you..." She started and I sat up. "I guess he can come in..." I said with a frown. "Oh lu you've been crying, I'll go get him soon." Levy said and gave me a quick hug before leaving.
Natsu's pov🔥
I felt horrible, I wanted to talk to Lucy... Even some of me wanted to tell her how I really feel... But, there's another part of me telling me she doesn't feel the same way...
"Natsu, she wants to see you." Levy said after knocking on my door. "Ok..." I said getting up and opened the door. "Thanks Levy." I said and went into Lucy's room after knocking. "Hey Luce, I-I'm real sorr-" I stopped when I saw her sad face with red puffy eyes, she had been crying... I sat next to her on her bed and hugged her tightly, "I-I'm sorry I was being a real ass back there... I didn't know it would hurt you so badly..." I said softly. "I am too, I kinda flipped when I didn't need to... I'm sorry..." She said badly above a whisper and hugged me back, we stayed like that for awhile... It made me happy Lucy finally was again.
And honestly, I'm looking forward to the rest of the time here... Maybe... I could tell her how I really feel about her...
