Ash thought about everything that had happened. Ash was thinking about things that he could have done to save Brayan. Ash goes to high school now. He is sad because Kat, Vanesa, and Brayan are no longer in his fourth block class. He misses everybody. Ash walks through the hallways alone. He scared to make friends because he can't. He can't because everyone knows about what happened over fall break. Everyone thinks he is trouble. Every time he says hey to anyone, they never say hey back. Ash has been riding home with a girl and a guy. Ash lives by himself. Ash has learned to take care of himself. No matter what happens, Ash seems to get through everything. Ash makes good grades. Everyday since that day during fall break Ash wakes up at dawn. He tells himself, "Brayan and Kat, you will wait for me until dawn."
