Chapter 1

Today was the day that I've been waiting for since this school year started, it the end of the school year! After turning assignments in and doing finals, I can relax at home and have some time to do what I want. Now that school is over, I can watch my favorite anime again; Naruto.

I watched it since I was younger, I was about (Y/A) at the time. I enjoyed how each character was unique in their distinct way. I loved many details about the show, the antagonist, the plot, and their abilities. It was made to be the best show. I was very sad when the show ended but, enjoyed the series nonetheless.

'maybe I should rewatch it from the beginning to get a pleasant nostalgic feeling.' Nodding at the thought, I hopped on the bus to go home.

Looking out the window, my mind couldn't wonder anywhere else. I have forgotten how the beginning of the series goes, I remember the red tailed fox in the beginning but that's about it.

Finally arriving at my stop, I jumped off the bus and ran home. Fortunately, all the snow had melted off the sidewalk so, I didn't slip on the way home.

Closing the front door, I greeted my mother while grabbing a snack to eat and headed up the stairs.

Throwing on my pajamas and Plopping down on my bed, I reached for my laptop to turn on.
While waiting for my computer come on, I was starting to get rather impatient. Why does my computer have to be so slow?

Finally turning on, I opened my browser to search for the first episode.After finding it I was getting jittery, I was finally going to see the first episode after a few years!

Waiting for it to load, I tried to remember what else happened in the beginning.After waiting a few minutes, I started to get slightly impatient.

'What's taking this so long? It shouldn't take this long to load!'

I was about to go to a new tab to look for a another place to find the episode until a small light started to come on the screen.

'Oh! It's starting!' Excited that it working, I stared at the screen in anticipation.

The bright light got brighter to the point that it was as bright as a lighthouse. I then realized that the light was not coming from the video, It was coming from the entire screen!

Frightened that the light was getting to bright, I shut my eyes tight. I felt something wrap around me and pull me further into the light.Freaking out that something was pulling me, I shut my eyes tighter, my breath stuck in my throat. Pulling me farther, i succumbed to the light as I drowned within it.

Slowly coming to, I haven't recovered from the turn of events. I couldn't open my eyes at the moment but, I could move my hands around.

Feeling around me, I feel a substance that's very crumbly but, damp. Feeling around a little more, I feel a object of some sort that was thin as paper but softer.
Smelling the air, it had a very earthly smell to it.

Still debating if I wanted to know where I was, I tried to force my eyes open But, they wouldn't budge.Sighing, I decided to relax a bit before trying again.

After a few minutes, I feel a little more strength come back and tried to open them again. This time, they actually opened.

Looking around, trying to focus on where I was. First, I noticed the greenly atmosphere, looking around, I see the biggest tree behind me. The substance and the object I was feeling on the ground earlier were dirt and leaves that fell from the big tree. Looking up, I could see the top of the trees that formed canopies, blocking out most of the sunlight.

If it isn't obvious enough, I was in a forest, and a very damp forest at that.

'It must've rained not long ago..'

Looking down at my clothes, I'm still wearing my soft (F/C) pajamas, they had holes and rips in them.Dirt stains were dotted around the fabric.

'I'm so dirty...'

After looking around for a few more moments, enjoying the scenery, realization hit.

'What am I doing in a forest?!?'

With the little strength I had left I stood up and leaned against the tree for support. While thinking about the situation I was in, i tried to calm down my breathing.

'Maybe if I walk around, I'll find a city or someone to take me in'

Satisfied with the thought, I stumbled to the next tree, leaning against it.

'This might take a while...'
