Chapter 23

(Lay POV)

We heard screams from the ladies bathroom, followed by a loud bang.

The boys and I quickly rushed over to the ladies bathroom and knocked.

"JUNE! JUNE ARE YOU OKAY?!" I yell through the door.

No answer.

I kicked down the door and entered the bathroom. There was a man in there with a gun in his hand, pointing it toward June.

Then there was June. She was covered in bruises, and cuts. One side of her face was swollen and she was lying unconscious, naked on the floor.

All of our eyes swelled with tears and I threw myself at the man.

I repeatedly punched him in his face while screaming and cussing. The gun skid across the floor, and the guys tried to pull me off of him.

"Lay..." June whispered and tried to lift her hand and stop me.

I started crying and crawled off the man.

"June...baby...I'm so sorry." I choked out.

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, I'm so...sorry." I repeatedly sobbed out.

June smiled weakly and I picked her up and held her in my arms. The guys were trying to block the scene from the media, and crowd that had accumulated at the door.

Chanyeol rushed over to me and dropped to his knees.

"June...please. Please wake up. " He cried as he tenderly pressed a hand to the bullet wound in her stomach.

"June please. Please! JUNE PLEASE!" Chanyeol yelled while pressing on her wound.

Then the paramedics came in and took her from my arms. She stared at me with lifeless eyes ad she was carried from me. They put her in back of the ambulance and sped off.

I looked over to see the rest of the guys sobbing on the floor. Everything was swirling around me. The guy getting arrested, the flashing lights of the paparazzi, the loud sobs of Exo.

I couldn't take it.

I pushed myself through the crowd and got into the van. I screamed.

"WHY! WHY!" I screamed while punching the seat in front of me
I ran a hand through my hair.

"Why...?" I whispered to myself.

Okay guys. I have to stop this chapter here. I'm in school and 2 seconds from crying my eyes out.
