CHAPTER 7: WHY?! STACEY?!

Connor's P.O.V

oh my gosh... what just happened?! i think to myself... i slowly opened my eyes and found myself inside a white room... "OH, THANK GOD YOU'RE SAFE CONNOR!" my mom said really concerned... as my dad hugged me... "what happened?" i asked... "you all got involved into a car accident," my dad replied... "how bout the others?" i asked really worried hoping they're all okay. "uhm... riley's stable, lyle has an injury on her arm, toby also injured his head but not that serious, while joyrelle has a few bruises on her face..." mom answered and i noticed a little bit worried on her face... "how bout stacey?" i asked, this time, my heart is racing... "uhm...uhh... stacey... she's...-" i cut off my mom before she speak another word... "what mom?!" my eyes began tear... "she's 50-50 connor... there's a chance that she'll live, and also has a chance to... die..." my mom answered while her voice slowly fade... my eyes began to tear really heavy... "i need to visit her room mom." i asked my mom.... "okay, go ahead..." the nurse began to guide me to stacey's room while she was pushing my dextrose.. (A/N: okay, sorry if my spelling's wrong, i'm too lazy to search, haha, ok, silly me.) we finally arrived inside her room. i looked at her, she looks so helpless... she has tube inserted inside her mouth... the nurse finally left me inside the room... only me and stacey... 

"stacey... if you can hear me... i want you to know that i really love you... i can't live without you... i know it's cliche, but i really love you... i'd die for you... you're the best thing... and if only fairy tales existed... i would marry you... have kids with you... spend the rest of my life with you... grow old with you..." i hold her hand gently... i try to hold my tears back, but i couldn't... i looked at her flawless face... she's really close to perfect... i hugged her... i don't want to let her go...  i gently kissed her cheek... i started to fall asleep beside her bed...

Riley's P.O.V

i woke up and i feel very sore... i really don't know what just happened... i only remember voices a while ago... suddenly i heard the door open... it was mom and dad. my mom came rushing to me and hugged me... "mom? are the others okay? what just happened a while ago?" i asked my mom confused... "uhhm, the others are stable except for stacey... you were involved in a car accident..." i took a confused look at my mom... "what happened to stacey?" i asked... "she's 50-50 riley..." i was in complete shock...our very own stacey was 50-50... how about connor? connor would probably lock himself inside his room if any bad things will happen... i do hope stacey's ok...i asked my mom if i could visit joyrelle to her room... she agreed, and she helped me get to joyrelle's room.... and saw her laying on her bed... she got bruises on her face... i came closer to her and kissed her forehead... i placed my hand around her... suddenly i felt a move from her hand... "hi, babe..." i greeted... "uhm, what happened riley?" she asked me with her sweet voice... "we were in a car accident..." i answered her back... "is everyone okay? how bout lyle? stacey?" she asked me really worried... "uhm, lyle and toby has injuries... connor's alright...." "how bout stacey, riley? how is she? is she alright?" she asked... "stacey's.... 50-50" "WHAT?! it can't be..." she was so shocked, she looked down her blanket... i gently pulled her to me and hugged her... "shhh, joyrelle... let's just hope and pray nothing bad will happen to stacey..." she nodded slowly... 

Toby's P.O.V

i woke up in chronic pain.... i still remember what happened a while ago... my brothers and i were driving to our home with stacey, lyle, and joyrelle... when we saw a blinding light heading towards us... connor was too late to turn... the bus was collided to our car... i heard glasses shatter... everyone was quiet, i can't open my eyes that time... when i heard someone speak. "OH MY GOSH! ARE YOU GUYS ALRIGHT?!" the voice said... i want to stand but i couldn't... i wanna move but i couldn't... i slowly opened my eyes, stacey was covered with broken glasses.. connor was beside her has blood on his head... lyle was beside me... she has blood all over her head, riley still holding joyrelle's waist, i saw an ambulance coming for us... then everything went blurry... then the next thing happen is that i'm already inside this white room... i saw my mom and dad sleeping beside my bed... i woke them up... and told them what happened... and asked mom for me to come to Lyle's room, she said yes... she said her room was right infront of my room... i went there...

i saw her watching telly. i went beside her... she leaned to my shoulder... i placed my hand around her... she has a black eye... we talked for hours, and told her what happened to stacey and to the others... we were eating a bag of chips while chatting... "uhm, lyle?" i asked... "yes, toby?" she replied... "what if,,, if one of your friends likes you...?" i asked nervously... "uhm, it depends toby... cuz i have one friend that i liked too... uhm, but i know he'll never like me back..." lyle fades while she finishes her sentence... she looks down... i looked her straight into her eyes... i raised her chin up to my face, just enough for our lips to meet... "lyle, i like you..." i whispered while i carefully lean to hear, we're getting closer and closer our eyes were closed, before we knew it, our lips were already completly locked... she kissed me back...
