Hi. My name is Susanna. I have developed a Multiple Personality Disorder. Since the age of 9, when my parents split up, I have been showing signs of extreme emotions. Lately though, the condition has gotten even more out of hand.

It's that time of the year again for the yearly exams and year 10 has been pretty relentless. All this study has been getting to my stress levels. When my stress levels get too high, my personalities kick in. Usually it's a form of anger or madness. How long each personality lasts depends on the day.

I remember last year, the year 9 yearly exams. It was then I developed a little coping strategy for my stress levels and multiple personalities. I've decided to do it this year as well because of how much it helped decrease my stress.

What would happen is;
I'd go for a walk in the local park and close by places. This would happen around 9:30 for 2-3 hours. I'm a night owl person, so my mind is much calmer during the nighttime.
I would bring a pocket knife with me and carve poems into the trees, as well as various other things.
This routine would not only decrease my stress levels, but also help satisfy my multiple personalities which are very hard to control.

So, I find a walk in the park helps me relax and control my personalities.

Though the fact I'm dragging a bloody body behind me should be irrelevant.
