Xi Luhan sat quietly at the back of his parents' car while gazing at the windows. He doesn't get why he has to be in a school such as Seoul University. He's Chinese, but the fact that he has to stay, live and study in Korea bothers him. His family is a wealthy one, as one of his friends said, so he understands the reason why they couldn't just go home to China. Both his parents are business people and most of the times busy with their own schedule. But today was different. Both his parents decided to take a day off so that both of them would be able to send their only son to university.

"You okay there, honey?" Mrs. Xi turned to look at Luhan whose eyes were still glued out the window. "Luhan, honey."

"Oh! Yes, mom. I'm fine. " Luhan snapped out of little daydreaming and turned to look at his mom. "Although it still bothers me why you and dad had to spend so much money and enroll me in such a prestigious school. I mean I could've just studied in a normal university. I'm not even as smart as the two of you."

It was true. Luhan's parents were intelligent and had made so much achievements during their days in school. Mrs. Xi graduated as a Summa Cum Laude, while Mr. Xi graduated as a Magna Cum Laude. This made Luhan's self-esteem drop when he tried his best during high school years, but not once did he get an honorary award. Luhan didn't hang out with his friends so he can't use that as excuse for having low grades. But what Luhan excelled most at was his talent in singing and dancing. His parents didn't mind him having such inability when it comes to intelligence, because their son had talent in singing in dancing. His parents love him so much that they cannot just scold their son for not achieving what they had achieved when they were young.

"Luhan, we love you and you know that, right?" His mom reminded him, as they were only a few blocks away from the university. "We want what's the best for you and, besides, they have great programs there that you would love, I promise."

"I see. I'll just have to check those out then." Luhan beamed at his mom, but it suddenly faded and turned into a frown. "I'm just worried about studying in a prestigious school and end up not getting any awards just like you guys did."

"Oh don't be such a baby, Luhan." His dad chuckled behind the steering wheel. "We don't really care if you graduate with an honor or not. What matters most is that you're happy with what you're doing and we have nothing against you singing or dancing. Like your mother and I have such talents all we do is work."

Luhan laughed at what his dad said, because it was true. While their parents had such high intelligence, unlike their son, they had no talents when it comes to art. Not even his mom. Even if they were opoosites in some aspects they still are a family and a happy one that is. His parents would always try to take breaks just to have days to hang out as a family. People might get the wrong idea of Luhan's parents being selfish for just having to work all day, but Luhan's family was not like any other wealthy families out there. They were happy and trying to stay together, before anything could tear their family apart.

"Oh we're here!" Mrs. Xi exclaimed loudly in the passenger seat which made Luhan jump. "Dear, could you take Luhan's things once you park this car?"

Mr. Xi nodded and looked for a spot where they could park, because Mrs. Xi didn't want to just drop Luhan at the school entrance and cause a traffic in the middle of the road so she suggested they park at the school parking lot with all other people who wanted to park there. The parking was big for a university like Seoul University, but there were still lots of open spaces for people to park in.

"I guess people wanted to just drop their children at the school entrance and drive off right way." Mrs. Xi said as she got off their car and looked around, noticing the many empty spaces in the parking lot. "Or maybe they were just in a hurry something."
