Kyungsoo, Baekhyun and Chanyeol were walking out of the auditorium while other students were rushing furiously to get out the place. The ceremony just ended and to be honest, Kyungsoo wasn't all that excited during the event. Sure they were oriented on rules and regulations but Kyungsoo didn't really need those. He didn't really have a hard time following school rules. The only thing that sparked an excitement in Kyungsoo, Baekhyun and Chanyeol was the part when the clubs were introduced to the students.
With so many exciting clubs that were shown, Kyungsoo couldn't decide which club to join. He could join the Arts Club, but then he thought that he doesn't really draw much. The sports clubs were already out of his list since he knows that those clubs aren't going to work for him. He was having a hard time choosing between the Cooking Club and the Music Club. Kyungsoo enjoyed cooking and baking very much. Ever since he was a child he'd always watch his mother cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. He was already eager to grow up so he could learn how to cook some dishes. But Kyungsoo also enjoyed singing as much he loved cooking.
"Have you thought of what club you're going to join Kyunggie?" Baekhyun asked as they continued walking in the hallway.
"I'm having a hard time choosing between the Cooking Club and the Music Club," Kyungsoo answered and bit his lip, "It's just so hard for me."
"Well if you join the Music Club, you'd get to be with me!" Baekhyun beamed at Kyungsoo, "But I know you love cooking more than singing, right?
Kyungsoo didn't know if he really had the passion for cooking more than singing. He never failed to join any singing contest back at his school and he would always win - always at second place and sometimes first place. Cooking was more like a hobby and interest to Kyungsoo, while singing was a part of his life.
Ugh, make up your mind already Do Kyungsoo, he thought and scolded himself.
"Maybe I'll just think about it later in my room," Kyungsoo said with a deep sigh of temporary defeat, then looked at Chanyeol, "How about you, Chanyeol? Have you made up your mind?"
"Don't worry about him. I already know he's joining the Basketball Club and there's no stopping him." Baekhyun crossed his arms and rolled his eyes, clearly expecting his best friend to join a club that has his favorite sport in it. Chanyeol could only laugh and swing his right arm on Baekhyun's shoulder.
"You are so cute, you know that?" Chanyeol teased him while pinching Baekhyun's left cheek and continued laughing. "You know me so well."
"Good for you, Chanyeol." Kyungsoo smiled then laughed at how the best buddies were acting so sweet. "I take it that Baekhyun doesn't like the idea of you joining that club."
"Well it's not that I-Could you please stop pinching my cheek!" Baekhyun slapped Chanyeol's hand away from his cheek and slid out of Chanyeol's arm. "As I was saying, it's not that I don't like the idea. It's just that this freak here is already great in basketball and maybe he should come and join us - if you're coming as well that is - in the Music Club."
"Oh I didn't know Chanyeol can be a part of a Music Club." Kyungsoo eyes widened in surprise but earned a look from Chanyeol.
"Hey I also like music, okay? I just prefer playing basketball since I don't want my height to be such a waste," Chanyeol told Kyungsoo.
"Channie is a great rapper, plays the guitar well and is awesome in drums! Give me free lunch for praising you, Channie." Baekhun exclaimed cheerfully as he remembered the last time they had a session back they were in high school when Baekhyun sings while Chanyeol plays the guitar and doing a low harmony with his best friend. "It may not seem like it, but he's great in music. That's an extra ice cream now, Channie."
