Author's Note - Hello, readers! This is my second Rivamika fanfic. I was sitting in my room one day and this plot just came to me for a story. Of course, Levi x Mikasa make the perfect pair for my plot. This fan fiction was inspired by: My Love from Another Star. One of my all-time favorite Korean dramas. But don't worry, I'll try to stay original to the story. I do not own any of the fanart. Enjoy!

WARNING! There's violence in this story, but a good reason for it. Also, there might be some sexual contact in future chapters that should be harmless.

Summary - The year is 1925, a man with wings lands on planet earth causing a huge explosion. Nine-year-old Misa was there to witness this explosion. She later befriends the mysterious man that vows to protect her. That vow was soon broken when a group of bad men kills Misa, her parents and friends. Now the year is 2015, going by the name Levi, he meets a troubled pop star name Mikasa who looks a lot like an older version of little girl he met from many years ago. To his dismay, they're neighbors and he takes a job as her bodyguard. Will Mikasa ever find out the truth behind Levi's past?

Maria, Year 1925 (Levi's POV)

I'm Falling... Why is this happening to me? No. Wait. Why was I being judged so cruelly based off a crime I didn't commit? I requested a fair trial, but that wasn't even considered in my honor. They found me guilty without any proof or evidence that I did the crime. Due to that, they exiled me on a planet called earth. Will I ever return? That's another story.

There I was plummeting through the clouds, as if I was descending to my death. If this was my punishment, they did one heck of a job confining me beyond my will.

After the fall, which felt like forever -I crash landed deep beneath the earth's crust. The sun is beaming down on me from where I lay. I can barely make out where I was, especially with all this light shielding my view.

I use what is left of little strength I have, to lift myself back up again. From where I'm standing, I hold my wounded arm and catch sight of where I was.

"Look at all of these big trees," I think to myself. "I must be in the forest, considering where I was Tch! If it's not one thing, then it's another... I need to fly out here before someone sees me."

I spread my pearl white angelic wings to take flight. Unfortunately, the moment I flew out of that filthy hollow place, my wings suddenly betray me. Pain strikes hard and fast across my back and I can hear myself crash back down on the ground with a loud bang. Because I was so determined to get out of this hole -and not be seen, my lack of body support caused me to fall back down on each attempt.

My entire body trembles, as hot tears stream down my sweaty face. What have I done to deserves this? I jerk my head back and stare at the heavy, dark clouds gathering above my head.

"What have I done to deserve this?" I cry. ANSWER Me!!!" My head falls back down, looking at the palm of my hands as raindrops begin to fall from the sky. I wait for a sign, and of course I got nothing.

"Are you OK down there?"

I instantly froze at the sound of an unfamiliar voice -my eyes shift from side-to-side before I glance up and see a little girl peering right down at me. It was an Asian girl with shoulder length black hair. She has pale skin and calm, black eyes that stare directly at me in wonderment.

"How come you keep falling into that hole? What's wrong... Are your wings broke?" she asks.

My arms fold over my chest and force these grey eyes of mine on something else in this disgusting ditch, feeling slightly embarrassed. "Hm... You can say that," I reply.
