-Time Skip to After School-
Levy's POV

When the bell rang to dismiss class, everyone piled out. I normally stay after a few minutes so I don't get trampled. After everyone left, I walked outside and realized it was pouring. I have to walk to the place I used to call home in the rain. I took off my jacket off, put my backpack on then put my jacket on over it so my backpack wouldn't get wet. As I was walking home I realized I left my coffee cup at school. It was raining so I didn't want to walk all the way back, so I hope it's there when I get there tomorrow. While I'm walking, I hear a loud noise, which I assume is a motorcycle. I just ignore it until I hear it slowing down behind me, which freaked me because I didn't know anyone that rode a motorcycle. I then heard a voice.
"Shrimp?" the deep, rough voice spoke.
"Gajeel?!" I said relived.
"Yeah, shrimp. Did I scare you? Ghihi," he laughed.
"Yeah," I replied.
"Well, I have to go home. I'll see you later?" I asked him.
"Do you want a ride? I can wait until you're done doing what you have to do and then I can take you to my house and we can get busy, on the project that is. Ghihi," he laughed,

I could feel my face getting warmer by the second.
"If you want to," I said.

He grabbed a helmet and handed it to me. I put it on and it was kind of big, but it would have to do for a couple minutes. I tried to get on the bike but I was too short, and I assumed he noticed me struggling because he got off his bike, picked me up by the waist, and place me on the seat.
"Ghihi," he laughed at me struggling.

Gajeel's POV

The bell rang and everyone piled out of the class room. I, being 6 foot 1, had absolutely no trouble getting out. I decided to wait for Levy. I stood outside waiting for her. When I hadn't seen her I went in the class I assumed she went out the back door to avoid getting trampled. When I looked at where she sits, I saw a coffee cup so I walked in, picked it up and put it in my backpack. I walked to the parking lot and got on my bike then put my helmet on. I knew I had to drive careful because people drive crazy in the rain so I drove a way a didn't normally go to avoid traffic. On my way home I saw a short person walking so I guessed it was Shrimp. I started slowing down behind her until I got right next to her than I stopped. She looked at me really scared. I don't think she knew it was me.
"Shrimp?" I said making sure she knew it was me.
"Gajeel?!" she said relived.
"Yeah Shrimp. Did I scare you? Ghihi," I laughed.
"Yeah," she replied.
"Well, I have to go home. I'll see you later?" She asked me.
"Do you want a ride? I can wait until you're done doing what you have to do and then I can take you to my house and we can get busy, on the project that is. Ghihi," I laughed,

I can't believe I just said that. I saw her face turn into a light shade of pink.
"If you want to," she said.

I grabbed an extra helmet I have, in case people needed a ride, and I handed it to her. She put it on and it looked so tiny in it. She tried to get on my bike, but she was too short. I saw her struggling so I got off my bike, picked her up by the waist, and placed her down on the seat.
"Ghihi," I couldn't help, but to laugh.

Levy's POV

He drove the speed limit. Once we got to my house I walked upstairs so my bed room. I went into my closet and took out my suitcase and a duffle bag and started backing my clothes and my personal belongings. On my night stand I had a picture frame with a picture of my mom and my dad while, they were holding me as a baby. I wrapped it in news paper so it wouldn't break. Once I was finished packing all of my stuff I walked downstairs. I stopped at the bottom stair and sat down. Being in the house without my parents made my heart hurt. I tried not to cry, but I couldn't help it so I broke down. I guess Gajeel heard me because I heard heavy footsteps and felt him sit beside me. Then he did something I was expecting. He gave me a hug and I just fell into his embrace.

Gajeel's POV

I was driving the speed limit because I didn't want to crash in the rain. I don't know what it is about her but I want to protect Levy. I want to make sure nothing ever hurts her. I don't know if it was because she was small or something else. Once we got to her house, I pulled my bike into the garage and we walked in through a door in the garage. She walked upstairs, so I decided to sit on the couch. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through social media. It was about 15 minutes until she came back downstairs. She stopped at the bottom step and sat down. I hear her start balling her eyes out. I walked over to her and sat down beside her. I hated seeing her cry. I wanted to take all of her pain away. I did something I never expected myself to do. I gave Levy a big hug. All she did was fall closer to me.

Why do I want to keep her safe so bad, when I barely met her today? What was it about her that made me want to keep her safe?
