SOOKYUNG'S P.O.V
Wow my head feels like it's cracked open. I opened my eyes slowly and looked around. Sitting up, a wet rag fell from my head and into my lap.
"Are you awake now?" I looked up and saw Jihoon reaching over to feel my forehead. Without thinking, I dodged his hand and pulled the covers over my head.
"Why are you here?!" I yelled under the covers only to be heard as a muffled sound by Jihoon. I heard him chuckle and say something to himself.
"You shouldn't be yelling at me. I'm the one who took care of you, you should be thanking me" Peaking out from my blanket, I looked at him standing in front of me with a cup of water and a bottle of pills. He sat down next to me and opened the bottle of pills, handing me the cup of water after.
"You need to eat your medici- oh wait you didn't eat anything at all today right? Here let me get the porridge." He ran out of the room and came back with a hot plate of porridge, at the same time carrying a thermometer. I hid under the blanket once more because I noticed what I was wearing at the moment. My shorts and my tank top was too provocative and my scars were showing on my wrist. I used to have something over it at all times but not when I slept. I felt a tug on the blanket and then the placing of a tray on the table.
"You need to eat Sookyung. Cmon, get out from under the blanket." He pulled at the blanket, almost baring me of my dome of warmth. Pulling back, I yanked a little too hard and what happened after that seemed like slow motion. Jihoon started falling towards me slowly with his eyes full of surprise. His arms landed on both sides of my body and his body fell on top of mine. His knee was in between my legs, basically pinning me down. The only sound was the sound of us breathing until we both fully realized our situation pushed ourselves away from each other.
"Um well here's your porridge and yea... eat it and take your medicine okay?" I saw a hint of pink on Jihoon's cheeks as he looked at a random place behind me and walked out of the room. I heard banging from afar and a groan, making me smile a little before slowly eating the porridge that was surprisingly good. The medicine made me woozy and soon fell asleep.
------
Where am I? I looked around and saw a large and open space surrounding me. I was under a tree and had a book in my hands while my brother was sleeping on my lap as the same time. Am I wearing a skirt? White?! I was about to scream of frustration at how I had no idea what was going on but then I heard laughter. Why does the laughing sound so familiar. I looked up and looked around until I laid my eyes on a beautiful couple running around and having fun. I squinted, trying to see who they were until I figured out who they were. Mom.. Dad.. I tried standing up but remembered Kyungsoo was sleeping. As If they could hear what I wanted, they ran over to our blanket and sat down. I felt the tears forming.
"Mom... Dad... I missed you guys so much. Where did you go? Why did you leave me for so long?" They looked at each other and smiled before my dad took my hand into his. His hand felt so real. It was as if someone was really holding my hand.
"Did you miss us that much? Or is it because you don't want to take care of your brother?" Both of then laughed, which caused Kyungsoo to wake up. As he did, he smiled as he looked into the distance and ran towards a group of people walking towards us. They all waved at us with smiling faces. As the people got closer, I noticed that it was Auntie and Uncle, Jaehwan's parents, and Jongin, Kyungsoo's friend.
"Where's Jaehwan?" They all looked and smiled at me teasingly. What's going on here? Why is everything so different?
"I saw him run off somewhere as soon as we got here... I thought he already came." I thanked them for the information before turning around and bumping into a tall boy. I looked up into Jaehwan's pretty eyes and smiled a little at the sight of his smile.
