The Fishbach Family

"Marks mom seems like a nice woman. I wonder what the rest of the family will be like." You think to yourself while watching the scenery go by. Mark was talking to his mother about you. (You have heaphones in but your not really listening to music)
"Mom how do you like her?"
"She seems like a very nice girl."
"Well I know that mom but what is your actual thought of her."
"She is a very polite woman and she seems to love you a lot."
"Well I love her a lot too mom."
"I know that honey."
Mark turns around and shakes your knee.
"Y/n we're almost there. I'm so glad you decided to come with me."
You rub his hand.
"I'm glad too."
Arriving at the house a little girl comes running out yelling
"Uncle Mark! Uncle Mark!"
"Hey pumpkin." He says picking up the little girl. You laugh.
"Uncle Mark?" You ask walking up to Mark.
"Y/n this is Lucy, Lucy this is y/n."
"Uncle Mark she's even prettier that you described."
"I told you that she was beautiful."
"Y/n are you dating my Uncle Mark?"
"Yes I am Lucy."
"Awww." Lucy responds wiggling out of Marks grip.
"Lucy!" You hear someone yell from inside.
"Coming daddy! Come y/n I'm going to introduce you to my daddy." Lucy grabs your hand and practically pulls you inside.
"Daddy! Daddy!" Lucy yells "Daddy this is y/n she's uncle Marks girlfriend."
"I know that Miss Lucy. Y/n it's nice to finally meet you I'm Tom, Marks brother."
"Nice to meet you Tom. Let me guess this sweet little girl is yours?"
"You guessed correctly. Lucy go get mommy."
"Ok daddy." Lucy says walking toward the kitchen.
Mark walks in carrying the luggage.
"Oh sorry Mark." You say walking over to mark and grabbing your bag.
"Its fine y/n. I see you've already met Tom."
"Yes I did."
"Where is my Lucy at?" Mark says taking your bags and his bags into the guest bedroom.
"She went to go get her mother who is in the kitchen." Tom said.
"Come y/n let's go surprise my sister in-law." Mark says grabbing your hand and leads you to the kitchen where Lucy is sitting my her mom bugging her about dinner. Mark hides you behind his back.
(I don't knows Toms wifes name sorry or his kids names)
"Shelly I have a surprise for you."
"And what might that be my dear brother in-law?" She asks looking up dinner. Mark pulls you on front of him.
"Y/n!"
"Shelly!" You both yell hugging each other.
"Um what am I missing here?" Mark asks.
"Shelly was a few years above me in school and we we're best friends until we lost contact." You respond looking at Mark.
"Well I'll let you two bond while I go hang out with Lucy. " Mark says taking Lucy into the living room leaving me with Shelly.
"I can't believe your married and have a child Shelly. " You say sitting down on a stool.
"Children. " Shelly says.
"How many do you have?"
"Six."
"Wow where are they?"
"I honestly don't know all they said is that they were going out and would be back after dinner."
"Strange. Anyway Lucy is one that gets very excited."
"Yes especially when she hears her Uncle Mark is coming home."
"Thats good. Let me guess she keeps you on your toes."
"All the time and she swears that she'll grow up and be like her daddy or her uncle Mark."
"Well I don't see and faults in that."
"I don't either I just hopes she makes a difference."
"She will I can tell."
Marks mom walks into the kitchen while me and Shelly are talking about Lucy.
"Well I see you two are getting along very well."
"Yes we are Maria."
"Well y/n would you mind setting the table?" Maria asks.
"No not at all Maria." You answer getting up to set the table. Maris helps you.
"So Mark has told me a lot of things about you."
" I hope they're all good things."
"Oh they were. He's very fond of you, you know."
"I'm aware of that."
"What made you like my son anyway?"
"There's something about him that makes me love him all over again each day."
She looks into the living room and smiles.
"He does doesn't he. He's just like his father."
