chapter 4

Kyo pov      

 It's be a one week since. I gave Snow my Mom red light necklace. She is still mad about me leaving  her but, I had no choice. I do not want to do it again anyway.

 Nothing really happened this week. I got pay today 50 silver coin's. Ok here is how our money work's in our world if u have 100 bronze coin's it will make 1 silver coin and 50 silver coin's make's 1 gold.

 So I am getting okay pay . I do like my room though it has only one small bed, no window but it's fine and I like it. It suit's my need.

 Me and Nate have become friend's, but I think he's a little terrified of me. King Shade just hate's me for what I am.

Ok at the moment me and Snow are at a clan morning meeting with King Shage and Nate. King Shade is  telling us about something.

In a lanugage I don't understand, I find it  dispproving and it  trouble's me. Then Snow who is wear a long red dress says.

" Do you hear that the werewolves are hosting this year's royal meeting and the ball for the other 4 kingdom's, it is being held in 4 days".  She says this in a happy tone.

King Shade says. " All right hmmmmm I can not make it." Snow says in a forceful tone. " I am going with you or not and do not tell me, I can not go ok " .

King Shade says. " Fine you can, but how are you going to get there in time, because it is a long ride there on horse back it will take to long "

Snow give's me an evil smile and says. " Well ok here's how Kyo can just fly right there. I will get there in time for the party".

 King Shade says unamused and in a disapproving tone." Will he do it though. I mean he is a Dragon they never do what they are told ". See what I mean about him hating me for what I am.

I sigh but nod to Snow. She look's happy and says. " Okay than we leave before noon". As we leave the meeting room. I bow to King Shade. 

I then follow Snow to her room. Snow then start's to get the thing's she need's. I say. " So we are going where again".

  She says without looking at me. " We are going to the Werewolf kingdom's palace and I going to meet my friend. Lady May who is a Werewolf princess if you didn't know ".

I nod my head. I understand and ask her if, I can leave to get  what, I need to get ready to go. She nod's and says to meet her by the pool.

 I go to town get what I need to live on the road for 2 day's. It will take that long on dragon back by horse it would take 4 day's.

 I go and get some blood for Snow and some food for me. I also get a tent. Than I go to the pool by her room and wait.

Oh that's right there are are 5 royal families one for each kingdom. There are name's for all the families, they are the same as the kingdom name's.

 I think someone got crazy when they made the name's for the kingdom's anyway. They names are the Locks are for the Warlock's, The Bloodstorm are for the Vampire's, the Moonlight are for the Werewolves, the Darklights are for the Dragon's and Howard's are for the Human's.

 I have been waiting for a 2 hours now. Snow then finally come's. I say. " How long does it take for you to get  ready ".  What can I say. I'm frustrated.

She says to me in a amused tone. " I can take all the time in the world because I'm a princess". I just nod my head to that. I don't want to fight with her.

I say. " Well let's get going than and, can u hold the things we need. While I'm flying". She look's terrIfied.

When all I said was flying. Oh that's right I never took her flying before. I go round a  tree and turn in to my dragon form. I come back to look at Snow . Her eye's are filled with suprise and she look's  nervous .                                              

Snow's pov

 What the hell, I can't get on him like this. I have never been on his back in this form before or ever. I nervously walk around one of his wing's and get on his back.

I also have the bag's with me. I close my eye's. As I will admit to myself that, I'm scared of being in the air with him. I know he will not let me fall but this is a first.

I slowly open my eye's and see we are in the air. I don't know why but, I stroke his scale's. It's not as rough as it my look.

His scale's are smooth almost silky to the touch. He glade's so beautifully through the air. I wonder how he feel's.

I feel, I'm starting to be a bitch to him. Okay I am being a bitch to him. I touch the chain around my neck. I love how it feel's. I love even more the fact that he gave it to me to prove his love.

I think, no I know he has never stop loving me. I know it's hard for him being with me. I am after all a Vampire and he is a Dragon.

My biggest fear is my Father. He has not even tried to hide the fact that he hate's Kyo. He never call's him by his name, it's alway's Dragon this Dragon that.

I hate the way he treat's him. But if he found out that I was in love with Kyo and, I have been seeing him behind his back for year's he would kill him .

I have decided when we land for the night. I will tell him. I want us to be together again. But yet again we will have to sneak around again .

I'm sick of hiding our relationship. I want it out in the open. I want to walk down the street and hold his hand.

I would love that so much. Just to be able to say like it or not he is my man. I sigh, life is so unfair . I must have sighed out loud as Kyo turn's and look's at me. I smile, but I can feel tear's in my eye's again.

 Kyo pov          

I look at Snow and see tear's in her eye's I say. " What's wrong" . She look's away and rub's her eye's and says in a small voice .

" Nothing  ok ". I look at her for a long moment and nod. I not sure about that, I don't know if I believe her but if she does not want to tell me about it. I will not make her tell me.

I land so we can eat and get the camp ready it is now dusk. We have be flying for about 5 hour's and I am tried from it.

It seem's Snow really like's flying though. We are right now walking away from the street to a dirt track or whatever you want to call it.

We leave the road that is before us. I hold hand's with Snow. Her hand it feel's so good. Snow then let's go of my hand and walk's to the river and sit on a rock.

I say. " I will get the tent ready and will you get some fire wood". Snow come's up and kiss me and than leave's to get some wood.

I smile. " Does this mean were together ".  I say in a hopeful tone. She stop's and look's at me. She nod's. Then Snow goes in to the wood's.

 I get to work putting the tent up, I get some water and make a fire pot. Than I hear a Snow scream.
