La'niyah POV
Once we arrived to this big beautiful house I was really excited but I did miss my home back in Detroit but I realized in Atlanta I get to have a fresh new start after all my bestfriends moved down here too. So I thought I would hit my girl Tamiya up.
iMessage conversation
La'niyah: hey girl made it down here safely

La'niyah: alright I'll ask my dad😘

Bestfran😜:koo

La'niyah POV
Hey dad can I go stop by my friend house
Dad: wow you have friends already you haven't even been to your new school
La'niyah: dad I have friends who moved down here a few years ago😒
Dad: oh sure... But yea be back home before 10pm
La'niyah: ok
*it was 6:30pm at the time*
Dad: oh and before you go unpack your stuff. And while your gone I'll put your bed together
La'niyah: "ok"
I said but in my head I cursed him out.
When I was done unpacking my clothes I fell asleep on my pile of clothes. When I woke up it was 8am I had 17 notifications on my phone from tamayah I felt bad so I called her and apologized and asked for a ride to school.
Phone convo
Tamayah: hey what happend yesterday
La'niyah:I'm sorry girl I fell asleep from unpacking
Tamayah: ''oh I understand''
La'niyah: can u give me a ride to school
Tamayah: ''yea you gonna like the school plus there's a bunch of cute guys here'' she chuckled
As I hung the phone up I did my hygiene found a really cute crop top and ripped jeans then washed my hair to make it curly *because I'm natural curled*.
I went downstairs And ate some captain crunch cereal then I heard a car hunk so I ran like hell outside cause I haven't seen tamayah in years.
''Omg hey La'niyah''she said
''Hey Tamayah I haven't seen you in like a decade''
Are you ready to see the school?
''I think so''I said
When we got to the school all I could see was this big beautiful school and wondering what's it gonna be like.
