We walk and walk. My memory doesn't remember this part of my past journey here, but my body does. It leads me towards the place that I feared and ran from two thousand years ago. David leans over to me putting his arm around me. He speaks in a whisper to not to disturb the broken and lost memories. "Why did you leave this place?" I move making his arm fall off of me "puritate stolam sanguine." I say. His breathing changes making his blood flow faster through his body. I obviously struck a chord in him. We arrive at the Observatory. The Goth slayer stops at the door. "This is the farthest I can go without direct permission from the Keeper himself," He says as he stands guard by the door. "We have to go in to get this over with I turn the group" we walk start walking through the halls of the Observatory. We see ancient markings on the walls telling stories and history of our kind. We stubble at an intersection of three paths. "You guys takes to take the middle and the right. David and I will take the left" I tell the group. We start walking down the left hallway pathway. Even though we're Pure Bloods. We have extremely good eyesight, but we don't have night vision sadly. We walk slowly trying to make out the path that is ahead of us in this dark musty cramp hallway. My hand is sliding against the wall to keep balance and help guide David and I through. I felt bumps in the wall. I look at the trying to focus on it, barely making out numbers it seemed.

Just then we heard screams from behind us. We stop and look at each in fear and shock. "What the hell was that?" I whisper, "I don't know, I think we should hurry and find what we came in here for." He said. He grabbed my hand. We started to run straight until we came to another intersection. Without thinking, we took the one on the right. "Thump, thump, thump" something started to make behind us. We couldn't tell how close it was. We just ran and ran. The thumping got closer and faster as we proceed through the Observatory halls. "A door!" I yelled pulling him towards it. The monster was right behind us. We started running faster and faster, jumping over fallen pillars to get to the door. Not able to get the beast off our tail. We slammed into the doors making them fly open. We twisted around forcing the doors shut making them slam back into place forcing the beast's hand back as it lunges at the doors to get to us.The Beast doesn't dare to break the doors down like something is keeping it away from breaking the doors down to kill us inside this room.

"I don't remember this room here,"I tell David as I look around in wonder trying to find out what this room is. David starts walking around the room. He steps onto a pressure plate causing the room to illuminate giving us a path to walk to. There stood pillars in the middle of the room surrounding small stands in a circle with objects that seem to be frozen in time unharmed. We walk up to the stands and one object was missing from its stand. "Devon do you know what these are?" David asked in odd but also in question. "No David I don't fully remember what they are. My mind knows there something about them that seems very familiar, but I can put my teeth on it." I examined the stands very closely to see what I could remember about them. I noticed that each stand had a number engraved into the stone pillar stands. I looked at each one and stop at the stand that was marked XIII. "David...Um, I think we weren't the first ones here." I tell David as I looked up in concerning fear. "What do you mean?" He said questioning my statement. "The weapon that should be lying here in wait is gone," I said starting to raise my voice in frustration. "Let just keep looking around," David said as he came over to me. He put his forehead onto my head.He grabbed my body pulling me in holding me. "Listen to my heartbeat. Try to match the beat, Devon." He said in a soothing whisper. " Okay, I think I'm good and ready to get back to our mission," I told him. I started to explore more of the room. the writing was everywhere. And all seemed to match up for the stands and telling about the objects and who they were meant for. I started to read about the stand with the engraving of XIII on it.

A boy named Isaac or the also known as the Keeper of Time. A boy who killed thousands to save millions. Isaac was given a weapon that on a Keeper of Time can handle called deus manu. The gloves of thor you might say. But unlike thor, these gloves are not the source of his power to handle his mighty weapon. Isaac weapon is more powerful than the gods could ever imagine.

I moved to the next painting and the next until I found ones that seemed to caught my eye. There stood a picture of me. Devon the reaper of death. The wielder of the weapons of the armis mortem style. The power of the armis mortem is not from the weapons himself but the style and precision of how the attacks are implemented. Each painting seemed to tell many different things about my past. At the end of my painting, a number was engraved at the bottom. A number I. I walked back to my stand. Glove with a Gold metal symbol was lying beside a compacted weapon set. I Picked them up. Putting them onto my lower back and put the glove onto my right hand.

As I moved my hands across the sides of the weapon set on my back it started to bring back memories of who I am and who this Isaac person might be.
