I didn't know if tonight was a date or not, wait no. It couldn't have been a date. It was just two best friends, hanging out. Even if it wasn't a date I still had NOTHING to wear. I needed to go shopping. I texted my 3 best girlfriends. I got instant replies.

Ok, so they were going to be here in less that 20 minutes and I'm still in my pajamas. I jumped in the shower and i have to say that is the quickest shower I've ever had! I ran back to my bedroom and opened my wardrobe, I quickly scanned through all my clothes. I finally decided on a white Abercrombie&Fitch top and some denim shorts, my hair would start to go wavy when it dried so I just brushed it. I applied a small amount of makeup because I don't think girls need a lot of makeup.
Just as I was grabbing my purse, there was a knock at my door.

"You know where the key is Mia! Open the door!" I yelled.

"I mean it! Just come on in!"
knock knock
"Ok, ok! I'm coming!" I walked into the hallway and saw two policemen silhouettes standing at the other side of my door. Shit. Shit. Shit. I quickly ran up to the door and opened it.
"Sorry officers, I was expecting my friends." I blankly said.
"Hello Miss Dowd?" I nodded. "I'm so sorry, we have some bad news regarding your parents."
*hey, sorry this may be crap but I really need to add in these small chapters so I can get to the actual plot if things sorry, I hate this so you all probably do to, maybe there will be better chapters and longer chapters? I don't know when the next update will be*
