"Who the hell are you?" Mint whipped her head around to face a red- haired girl, her bow pointed at Mint. "Your worst nightmare." Another voice said. Mint pulled out her bow, and aimed it at a tall, muscled teen. The muscled teen chuckled, and he took a small step towards her. "Drop the bow, before you regret it."
Mint cursed under her breath, but she released the bow, and her eyes were narrowed. Slowly, large, mint wings with a swirling, violet pattern emerged from her back, and a teal tail followed. "You don't want to be enemies with me......" Mint warned, trying to scare them off. "Damn, you are no human, I can tell you that, but I think you just made my heart quiver" The muscled teen smirked. Rolling her eyes, Mint muttered something, and spoke aloud. "Again, who are you?
"I'm Alex" The red- haired teen pointed to herself. "And that idiot over there is James" Alex said, making a small gesture towards the other teen. James frowned. "Oh shut up" He commented. Mint's eyes shined with amusement, and she calmed down a bit, lowering her tail.
Alex observed their surroundings. "Do you have a place we could shelter in?" She asked warily. Mint nodded, and lead them to the bunker that she, Sasha, and many more survivors shared. James and Alex nodded enthusiastically, and stepped inside. Alex grinned, and plopped down onto a cushion that was lying on the ground.
Mint sighed, and grabbed James arm. "Well, if Alex is gonna just stay there, we may as well bring down that elk, she said hastily as she dragged James outside. Jame's face reddened a bit as she pulled him along, for she had great strength. "Oh, I need some help collecting these" Mint yawned, pointing to a cluster of small white berries. "Just make sure that they are white, not gray" She added. James frowned, and mumbled something.
"Yay, I don't get to hunt, because grabbing berries for hours is sooooo fun." He growled sarcastically.
Mint rolled her eyes... again, and opened her mouth slightly, but shut it. She pulled out her bow, and James quickly hushed. Mint let go of the arrow, and it hit the deer, right in the eye, but it dropped down dead immediately. "Wow" Jame's eyes we're wide, and Mint laughed, and they walked towards the bunker.
