Marie's Pov
I woke up in his arms, his neck still in the crook of mine. "Good morning ." he mumbled. I smiled lightly. I turned around to face him his arm still wrapped around me. he looked up into my eyes. "How long have you been awake?" I asked him. "For about an hour." he said. "So you just waited for me to get up." I asked. "I didn't want you to get cold." he said. i put my hand on his jawline, looking into his eyes, then at his lips. "How?" I asked looking back into his eyes. "How what?" he asked. "How after everything that's happened between us, we still end up like this." I said to him brushing my thumb across his bottom lip. "You want me to be honest?" he asked. I looked into his eyes and nodded. "You could put a gun between my eyes and I would look into yours and still love you like I have never loved anyone before. Every time I look into those big brown eyes of yours or I see you brush that long curly hair of yours Or when you put that stupid ass makeup on your face when you know I hate when you wear it because your beautiful without it Or when you get upset and I put my hands on those beautiful cheeks of yours and kiss you telling you that everything is okay. Every day I fall in love with you all over again, yes we fuck up a lot, but that's doesn't mean I love you any less." my mouth parted at his words. "Matthew I love you so much." I said . he smiled and leaned in. I started to lean in also. my heart raced when his lips fell on top of mine . I closed my eyes enjoying the feeling he gave me. He broke the kiss. "You are the love of my life and im so sorry for everything." he said. He pulled me in closer to him and I put my head on his chest. as his arm wrapped around me and his head on mine. "I love you Matthew." I said closing my eyes. "I love you too Marie." he said back. my eyes popped open when I heard banging on the door. "What the hell man." Matt said getting up. I smiled and sat up. "Might want to put some clothes on before you answer Matthew." I said smiling. he turned around and smiled at me. "I knew that." he said grabbing some basketball shorts out of the drawers and put them on. I laughed and looked down. he opened the door. "Why are you here?" I heard a squeaky high pitch voice ask. "This is my room." Matt said back. Bobbi walked in. "Marie are you okay?" she said rushing over to me. I looking at her. "I'm fine." I mumbled. "Why is he in here do you know what he did to you?" she continued on. I stood up. "Cut the shit, I should have never believed you in the first place. I can smell bullshit and you reek of it. Get the hell out of my room and if you come near me or Matthew or anyone that I care about for that matter I will beat the living shit out of you." I said. she crossed her arms. "Is that a threat?" she asked looking me up and down. I looked down and laughed. I stepped closer to her and looking up. "Nope,It's a promise." I said in her face. she rolled her eyes and walked out of the room. Matt shut the door behind her. Before I could say anything Matt ran over to me and picked me up. I smiled, wrapping my hands around his neck and started to laugh. He spun me around until we both fell back onto the bed. he landed on his back and I fell on top of him. I put my hands on the side of his face as he put his hand on my waist. I leaned down and kissed him . he rubbed his hands up my back hugging my body gently. I kissed his neck lightly. "I love you so much Matthew." I mumbled into his neck looking up to him. "I love you more Marie." he said. I sat up and so did he. "Why was taylor here?" he asked. "I don't know, I just remember after being left in the hallway she came, helped me and wrapped me up." I said . he nodded . he pressed his lips together . "Please tell me that you don't think I did this to you." he said rubbing his thumb on the bruise below my eye. I grabbed his hand and brought it to my lips. I kissed his hand lightly holding it. before saying."I don't, I think someone else did it and Bobbi was just trying to get into my head. I love you Matthew." he put his hands on the sides of my face and kissed my forehead. "I love you Marie." he said back. I layed my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around my back as I put my hand on his chest. I closed my eyes as I heard his beautiful heart beat . I smiled to myself as I layed in the arms of the love of my life.
