Hello again! So to my readers from A Ripple Between or Corrupt, thank you so much for checking out this story! Same to new readers. I just have a few things I need to mention before I go further with it:
1. The town and characters are completely made up.- Sorry, there is no Kernville in Louisiana. At least I don't think so ;) Any connection to real-life people or events is purely coincidential.
2. Yes, the chapter titles are based off of country songs.- Note that every song I choose has a TITLE that somehow relates to the chapter, not necessarily lyrics.
3. I need your feedback if you can find the time.- If you don't like something, tell me! If you see errors, whether grammatical, spelling, or something within the plot, tell me! That's the only way I can improve. Just remember I make the final decisions on my story.
4. Just so yall know, I do not write full-blown sex scenes in any of my books.-So if that's what you're looking for, look somewhere else! I'll warn you if any scenes are going to get a bit naughty.
5. Parts of this story may be cliché.- I realize this. I'm sorry for this. But all of the cliché-ness will eventually contribute to the ending product, and you will be happy it's so cliché.
And in case you were wondering (which you probably weren't) yes, I am obsessed with country boys. Who isn't?! Although I don't live in the south, I know quite a few and they are most swoon-worthy. I just had to dedicate an entire story to them and their hotness.
Anyways, I'm sorry that this note is so long. I promise this will be the only lengthy author's note in the book, as I'm not that kind of person. I know how annoying it gets.
I hope yall enjoy the book, and don't forget to vote, comment, and share <3
