A creepy freak?

Chapter 1

After the attack from the enemy, the ninjas recover in their headquarters. They don't know what to do. They search help of their sensei. "Sensei, what should we do? We didn't even see that guy really," Shane says. He is the leader of the group. "You must concentrate and trust your instincts." "Okay, but how do we do that?" Tori asks now. While their sensei explains it all, they don't notice that Dustin sneaks away. He goes to the place where the fight took place. In the forest.

 
After ten minutes, Dustin arrives. The fight took place in the middle of the forest. He searches for something even when he doesn't know what. With his next step, he treads on some metal. From near it is a necklace with a weird symbol on it. The symbol looks like a yellow eye. "That's weird. Somhow I know this symbol. But from where?" Dustin asks himself. He looks around again and in the shadows of the trees somthing moves. "Hello? Is anyone there?" Nothing. "Maybe just my imagination." He grabs the necklace and puts it in his pocket. He turns and leaves the place, back to the others. "Hopefully they didn't notice."

And so it was. They discuss how they can beat the new enemy. "I say we make a trap. So we could get answers." Hunter is maybe right but it will be difficult to build a trap when we can't see them. "No. We don't know how strong they are or how fast. That is too riscy." Dustin takes a seat next to Tori, which didn't really pay attention. "Where were you?" She whisperes to Dustin. He only shrugged. "I needed fresh air." That wasn't the truth at all but Tori didn't ask anymore. "You were lucky that no one noticed," she smiled.

During their discussion no one notice that the enemy starts a new attack to the city. When the alarm went on it was too late. The enemy was already in a fight. "Okay Team. Lets go," Shane ordered. Everyone nodded and they transformed in their ninja outfits. Everyone got their own color : Shane red, Tori blue, Hunter crimson (a very dark red), Blake navy, Cam green and Dustin yellow. With their special ninja powers they are in no time by the enemy. "We must hurry, but also be quiet." And withthat they are in town and sneak behind the enemy. They were busy with a woman so they didn't notice the ninjas. Before they could attack the woman Shane speaks, "Let her go." And they did, which suprises everyone. "You will pay for that, kid." And then the fight starts. It is six ninjas against twenty of them. So the ninjas are totally outnumbered.

They fight for like five minutes and the ninjas are standing back to back in the middle surrounded by the enemy. "Who are you and what do you want here?" The leader steps forward but he and everyone else wears a mask so the ninjas can't see their faces. "No, no, no. Do you really think we tell you our plan, kid?" He smirks and that makes Shane angry. "Don't call me kid." The smirk only gets bigger with these words. "You know this all hapens because of the humans. They don't know we exist, only a few. And these few humans want us dead." With each word he gets closer to Shane until there isn't any more space. "Why should they? What did you do?" asks Blake. The leader laughs and takes a few steps back before he stops laughing and glares at the ninjas. They are afraid of the eyes. They glow in a creepy yellow. "What are you?" asks Hunter now. It is more a whisper. "I show you." Then there is a sound like cracking bones and within seconds the man was gone. Now there is a light brown wolf.
 
 
 
No one could stop staring. They were shocked.
"A wolf? I mean, really? That isn't scary or dangerous at all." Now all the looks lie on Hunter, who gets over the shock very qiuckly. The wolf turned back into human and walks to Hunter. "Well, well. So you aren't scared of me? Or of my pack?" Hunter must think for a moment before he answers. "Maybe a little bit but you are humans only with special skills. I just don't understand why they hunt you." The grin only get bigger, again. "You know, kid I like the way you think. What is your name?" "That is non of your buisness." And with that Hunter makes a very good sword move and hit the leader in his face. He stumble a little bit backwards before he glares at the ninjas, especially Hunter. The group of wolfs charged but their leader stops them. "Retreat." Everyone stares at him but they did what they were said.

"What was that? Hunter, he could have easily killed you." The ninjas are back in the headquarters and Shane and sensei aren't happy about what Hunter did back there. "I know. But at least I risk something to save the city. Other than you, fearless leader." "I am NOT a fearless leader. I am afraid too, but I don't let it controll my action." The two stare into each other's eyes. That is kind of creepy. "Hey you two stop it, now. We should discuss a plan and don't kill each other." Now everyone stares at Dustin, who didn't say much since the first attack. "And what kind of plan? You saw them. They are wolfs. We can't beat wolfs." "How do you know that, Shane? Okay we never fought them before but we can try to find a way." Dustin is angry but he doesn't know why. Why is this happening? Why now? "What is wrong? You are never this angry," Shane states. "I don't know. It must have something to do with the attack. Since then I can't stop thinking of it," Dustin sighs. "Dustin. You should get home and get some rest. Something of these attackers troubels you. Clear your mind." Dustin nodded to the comment of his sensei. "You all should go home. It is really late and your families get worried if you aren't coming back." And so all ninjas change into their regular outfits and go home.

As soon as Dustin is home in his room he couldn't stop thinking about these wolfs and the attack. What do they want? Why are they here ? Will they go soon? He thinks for hours about that until he finally falls asleep.
