"Anyone one in?" I inquired as I slowly opened the door into my dark room.

Quiet creaking made me freeze, but the noise stopped just as I did. Standing still, I listened patiently, hoping that it was all my imagination or just my footsteps.

Wait, why am I so worried? What's the worst that could happen? Someone broke in?

"What am I thinking?" I mumbled as I swiftly opened the door.

I yelled and flew inside the room in shock. Water poured over my head, so fast and unexpected that I was close to a heart attack. Drenched in liquid which must be close to freezing, I stood stiff. Realising that I was panting, I tried to control my breathing before I embarrassed myself anymore.

"Aw honey bun, what happened!?" The two boys from earlier shuffled out from under a bed, trying to get out words between chuckles.  They were both red in the face and were grasping onto anything that could keep them standing, I let out a small hint of laughter before asking for a towel.

I'm not sure whether I should joke or get angry. I'm just cold. Surprisingly, I don't want to get mad with these two, childish friends, so I laughed it off.

One of the boys had a more rounded nose and the other had thinner lips and a more pointed, smaller nose. That was the only difference I could see between them, they both had curled hair with at had a great resemblance to a mop, but I liked it. It was original. Not many guys admit to being natural mops, haha.

"Love, could you grab my phone?" One of the jokers asked the other.

"Hey, no photos!" I snatched the towel out of the closest ones hands and smiled, "What's up with your endearment?"

"I'm sorry deary, but I have no idea what your on about!"

These boys seemed so lovely, so real - it's so unusual to find people to genuine and spontaneous. I miss this kind of humour, it seems like everything now days has to be dirty or it's not worth the conversation. Maybe this is what I needed; a break from all the pressure of being like the other popular guys is perfect.

"So, I'm Oliver," the smaller nosed one explained, "and this striking man you see here is Nicholas Meriadoc."

"Nick, honey," he corrected with a smile spread across his face.

I mirrored him and asked, "Have you guys heard of the party later?"

"Wait but what's your name, Blondey?"

Grinning I replied, "I'm Will and this party is massive - be my wingmen?"
